Great place with cheap prices and they have tractor trailer parking.

This hotel is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The room was dirty. The floors did not appear to have been swept in our room or in the hallway. The bathroom was very dirty. There were several cracks in the tile and the vent was falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom. The play area and pool were the reason that we selected this hotel and they were a letdown. Again, they weren’t very clean. The pool liner seemed to have an issue where it wasn’t pulled tight. The hallways and rooms are dated which would not be a problem if they were properly cleaned and maintained.

Had a pleasant stay there, liked the atrium with the pool, arcade, kids play areas, and mini golf course. Only issue is the pool's liner has several tears and wrinkles, likely from an unprofessional install; thankfully the hotel's aware about the issue and plans to replace it by January The floors, especially around the atrium area also may need a cleaning (especially as I witnessed a kid getting her foot hurt by what appeared to be some stray sharp object there). The playground also needs fencing on the rear of the play structure to deter kids from climbing on the outside.

When I arrived from my trip, the front desk staff were kind and attentive. I really liked this hotel. The staff made me stay that much more relaxed. I usually travel about twice a year to Ohio every time I go I pick a different hotel. This hotel will be my new regular when I visit.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. I was impressed before (that is what made me come back) but I was even more impressed this last stay. My boys and I and 32 of our friends stayed New Years Eve night and it was a BLAST! There was so much to do (swimming, hot tub, ping pong, arcade, putt-putt, and MORE)! Also, the staff was amazing (kind and hard working) and they had security walking around. I personally worked with Eddie to set this event up and he was so easy to work with. Thank you so much for a New Years Eve night my kids will remember!

This place is a dump, and that’s being generous. Ahead of our stay, we were contacted by the hotel to ask if we would be willing to move our room because another group extended their stay. We are agreeable folks so we said yes and they told us we were getting an “upgrade” since we would now have a poolside room. When we arrived we were in the last building way in the back and as I got out and looked up at the windows, it looked like people were living in this building since family photos were hanging on one of the walls inside the room. The hallway was dark and dingy and when we got to our room it appeared that someone had used a crowbar at some point to open it and the latch was not secure. The room was dated, dirty, with stains on the carpet and smelled like a combination of cigarettes and chlorine. I expected the chlorine smell, but not the dank smoke smell. There were two doors in the room, one that led to the hallway (the broken one) and one that led to the pool. I bolted the broken one to keep it shut and we went out the poolside to explore the rundown mini golf, play area, and pool. When we went to go back to our room the key on the poolside wouldn’t work and I had latched the other door closed. We had to get maintenance to let us back in and they used a simple coat hanger to break back into our room. We were told the poolside doors were “rusted out” and the keys don’t work so to use the hallway door. First night was quiet and I tried to be positive about our stay since we had another night to go. But honestly I spent most of the night worried someone would come waltzing through the obviously unsecured door. The next day we spent most of it outside the hotel and returned in the evening to enjoy the pool. Which was fine. After we hopped in bed our neighbors were in a huge argument that lasted until 2AM with lots of door slamming and f bombs being dropped. The walls were paper thin so we heard every word and it kept us up all night. The management did absolutely nothing to deal with this situation. I’m not one to write negative reviews but I would never stay at this place again. For what it’s worth, the family we were traveling with refused to move their room when asked by management, and didn’t have as bad of as experience. Still rundown and dirty, but at least their doors worked and they didn’t have screaming neighbors. The best thing about this hotel is it’s proximity to the Mexican restaurant which was really good.

Right off the highway. This is an old "Holi-Dome" style hotel. The rooms are updated some but not current. Cleanliness is adequate. I think they are working to update but it isn't under current reno. The 1st night our "neighbors" had a little one who was loud. The 2nd night there had been an event and one of the guests went down the hall checking doors at 1:30 a.m. The bed was comfortable and the pillows had various levels so easy to find one that worked for us. The pool was open but not the hot tub. No workout room.

This hotel is older but very well kept up to date. Very unique because it has a large play area, small putt-putt, swimming pool, hot tub, arcade and other fun stuff inside the hotel and well over 200 rooms. This was a surprise because we didn't notice on the Choice Hotel website. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Rahul and Vick were very helpful and informative. Large ballroom and some conference rooms and large morning breakfast.

Courteous staff. Elegant Clean lobby. The indoor pool area was clean but could use updates & TLC. There is a huge play area arcade games & play structure for children indoors. The hot tub was empty. Breakfast was good.
