Excellent and very clean hotel, amazing value for money for our stay and had a great nights sleep. We were at a function most the evening and on return the air con worked well, the room was very comfortable, and we didn’t hear any noise all night/early morning. The breakfast was nice and the staff were really friendly. The only niggle was we didn’t notice the sign in the car park you had to enter your reg plate as was rushing, we were not told on check in and the number plate machine is not at the check in desk or where you walk towards your room. Over all we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel and rooms are lovely we have stayed at this hotel before, but only had breakfast so this time I booked the evening meal aswell, had to pay extra if you wanted the sirloin steak ok no problem it was lovely then after waiting about 30 minutes to get the Desert it was cold and Luke warm custard, could not wait for a replacement as we had to go to the hospital ( nothing to do with the food) complained to the manager at Breakfast (which was very nice) he gave me a number to ring, and guess what you have no access to this number Disgusting

Very clean, modern room with free car parking and friendly staff. This was better than I expected, and would highly recommend. Just make sure you find the main car park, it's not the small one at the back of the hotel, it's the larger one - go past the small one and it's on the right.

Another great stay at Premier Inn in general and the Rhyl Seafront location in particular. Perfect no-fuss, value-for-money accommodation, in a handy location and with a great bed as usual. Loved being left alone by hotel staff unless I asked for something. Didn't try the food on this occasion.

We had a very nice stay in Premier Inn in Rhyl and the location is perfect. I recommend this hotel when you come to Rhyl for short or long holidays. Beds very comfy, room was clean, breakfast was good and staff very nice. I likethat this hotel was small

Had a wonderful stay over Christmas for 3 nights. The food and staff were wonderful they could not do enough for us they even gave us a little present on Christmas morning. The breakfast and evening meals were hot and did not have to wait too long the evening meal to be severed.

The staff are amazing the rooms are clean the food is quality especially the breakfast and the atmosphere and feel of the place is the cherry on the top. I come every week for work and would recommend to anyone. You're treated like a friend as soon as you walk in.
