On a recent trip, we were looking for accommodations that were not $200 & up a night. I called the Anchorage Motel, spoke to very nice person. Rate was great. We r mobility challenged & had an accessible room inside the front door. Very easy to get too. Very clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower with shower seat. The water was hot & air conditioning cold. Microwave & refrigerator in room. MIce & vending machine were next to our room. This is not for everyone I know. No breakfast buffet but free coffee in the office. No swimming pool. It was October. Walkable to Crabby Dick’s restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.

Although at first glance everything seemed cleaned. After trying to get comfortable we noticed an strong odor that seemed to be coming from the carpeting that smelled like mildew. After spraying Lysol, the odor subsided but eventually came back. Also, the shower curtain seemed to be soiled and possibly was not changed after the previous guest checked out. We asked and were supplied with a clean one, One last thing is that the bathroom floor was dirty. We found this out by gathering the floor towel and find the it was very dirty. We asked the very nice maid to mop the floor and was able to supply us with a mop that we could wipe and clean the bathroom floor with.

Room is small but adequate. Bathroom very small. Easy access to Rehoboth Beach. Nothing fancy here but worth it for the cost when you look at how expensive everything else in the area is. Motel was quiet. Lots of stores and places to eat in area.

Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff were very nice. Very good value for the area. The only reason U didn’t give it five stars was because we could hear the people above us walking and around and dropping stuff on the floor. We had an interior room and felt very safe. We’d stay here again.

We stayed here while at Sports at the Beach for a tournament. Staff at front desk could not have been friendlier. Motel very clean and comfortable. Price far better than big chain hotels in area that we normally stay at. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean and excellent layout of room. Very close to everything in Rehoboth including many restaurants within walking distance. Excellent front office staff and cleaning staff. Hope to return again when it’s not peak season to avoid the traffic.

This motel was the perfect stay for my one night trip. It was clean, bedding and towels were fine. I got there late and the receptionist was kind and efficient. One negative I had asked for a later check out but they couldn’t do it. Would definitely come back.

Nice, clean and convenient. Pleasantly surprised. If you are visiting Rehobeth, why do you need all the bells and whistles of a hotel. If you are looking for a comfortable clean please to stay this is it!

This is a no frills motel well kept inside and out. Very clean. comfortable beds. very friendly staff not close to the beach but located well for the price paid. If we come back would stay here again.
