I'm not sure how you could possibly have a bad stay. We had an absolute blast! The lady at check in was wonderful and kind and Andrew at the bar- He made our night! Andrew is the definition of hospitality- We went down for dinner and were happily surprised with the service, stories and laughs. The wings are also 5 star! Wings, beer, good stories and great customer service. How can you go wrong. The room was beautiful and spotless- The beds were comfortable- The outdoor seating with the fire place, so cozy! The hotel itself is in great shape and stunning- Would go back over and over! Thank you for the best night of our trip Andrew- You rock! Kylie and Jocelyne

This hotel is old, and one of the biggest issues is when it was built, sound transference codes were very lax. I Am in my room now. Above me people are let say “having extra circular activity “ I can hear everything. Meanwhile the room next to me is on a phone call and I can hear ever word ..both sides of the conversation.sleeping is a challenge it’s 1030 at night with no signs of ending.

The Good: common spaces modern and updated. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and quiet. The Meh: Tired, old dated rooms. Mattress saggy towards center. Bathroom shower area small. Broken shower curtain. Loud air conditioner. Not terrible. Not the best. Served its purpose for a quick stay in the area.

Stayed here for one night for a quick trip to the area / the first of many. Was hoping this would become my regular hotel. That all changed from the minute I arrived. Packed parking lot filled with out of control unsupervised kids running wild. My brand new car was left with a huge dent. When I approached the staff they blew me off saying they watched the tapes and couldn’t find anything. Not a care in the world or any effort to resolve the situation. They just didn’t want to be bothered. The room itself was dirty, outdated, and run down. The lock to the adjoining room was broken, my neighbors could have easily accessed my room and belongings . If you care about your safety, good customer service, and your property AVOID AVOID AVOID.

got upgraded to a suite upon checkin without prompting. huge room and huge living room. clean and comfortable. free shuttle to surrounding area. walmart and longhorn restaurant are located across the hotel

The check in was fast and courteous. The room is tastefully appointed. The mattress was an amazing high quality Beautyrest. I enjoyed the couch , the view and the desk area. The gym was nice i only wish they had a nice pool. The mixologist at Bistro was very good and i was impressed by the skill set. I believe her name was gem. Everything was immaculate so i would say in my experience it would be hard to beat as far as quality for the price. For business or a couple traveling but maybe not as fun as some places for a family. They take providing their guest with peace seriously so if your looking to party or have rowdy kids this venue is not for you. If you are looking for tasteful rooms some peace and quiet and a mixologist with a little more savvy then average or a nice game then by all means try this location.

This is a second time trying this Courtyard and again it was disappointing. Loyal to the brand and typically the Courtyards do not disappoint. The smallest televisions ever in the rooms and looks like they are hurting on a cleaning staff. Bathroom and sink area outside the bathroom were dirty and liked recently used. One great thing about this Courtyard is the gym is great.

We were in the area for a wedding. Never having been to the area, this place was with a brand we trust and a good price. The hotel is a standard. The staff was friendly. It wasn't busy when we were there. We were coming from a warm area of the USA so it was so nice to see the fireplace in the lobby and enjoy the fall vibes. I don't know why the hotel is called "Boston Raynham" cause it didn't seem too close to Boston, but everything in the area felt closer together than we expected. We took a day trip to Cape Cod and left in the evening to our Boston/ Logan hotel and it was much closer than I expected. This could be an affordable place to stay to visit the Cape if you want a brand you can trust at potentially a good price. We stayed for 3 nights cause we needed to be in the area and it was great for us. (Every day prices change so if may or may not be affordable for your needs.) Walmart is across the street if you need to buy any random stuff. There was a restaurant there also that smelled amazing, but we didn't eat there. Other amenities are a quick drive.
