Very clean property and attentive staff! Would recommend staying here to any friend or family member.

We stayed one night on our road trip. The hotel was easy to get to. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable. The digital key worked great. There are lots of food options nearby. I love being able to check in and out with ease on the app. We would stay here again.

VERY NICE!!! We especially liked the shower—no tub to climb in and out of. Very clean and modern. The breakfast was exceptional as well. Not only did they have the usual fare (waffles, scrambled eggs, bananas, etc.) but they had little quiches, very sweet fresh strawberries, egg and sausage sandwiches, bacon and homemade oatmeal—not in a packet. Also served fresh cream for the oatmeal and coffee. Bed was very comfortable with fluffy pillows that weren’t too big or small. And staff was friendly. Will be our go to place if we ever go through Kansas City again.

Incredibly strong fragrance – my lungs felt heavy and super compromised by morning. I do not have asthma, nor any allergies but if I spent more time here I would. 2/5 in our group reported the same. Rough. Hotel agreed to stop spraying our room but couldn’t adjust common areas or halls so we checked out a day early as the smell / scent was so strong from the hallway it nearly still took over the room. We bought an air filter for a couple hundred $s to make things almost bearable. Windows opened only a tiny crack so it was hard to get fresh air to offset things but at least we had a crack which we were grateful for along with the stairwells. Thankfully, there was an outdoor area we could gather around 2 tables at so we did most of our group socializing there and everyone enjoyed breakfast which was also great. The Indoor common areas looked nice, but given the heavy fragrance / scent we couldn’t use them and I felt too unwell to use the beautiful gym. Housekeeping and breakfast team was great. Kids loved the pool. We are now at another hotel I can finally breathe again and my voice is coming back which is wonderful .

We arrived in Belton after driving through an ice-storm. We were so glad to get there. The rooms were very nice. It appeared to be a new motel and the rooms were clean! The beds were comfortable and the motel was quiet. It was in a nice part of town and I would just say...look no further! Stay here!

Marriott this is a huge miss. I booked this hotel because of the location and it was new. I liked the location just off the interstate but close to food. The major reason a person books a hotel is a bed to sleep in. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in a very long time. And it was 1 foot off the floor with no box spring. Felt like a dorm room. I couldn’t locate the room light switches. Called front desk he didn’t know either. PS they are at the bottom of the light ***** on the wall. Please put a sign up and educate your staff. There appeared to be some kind of automatic shade which never worked so I couldn’t open the blind to look out the window. Good news is all of these items are fixable if you try.

Less than expected for the price. Walls were thin, guests were noisy beyond 10 PM. The situation did quiet down with a call to the front desk. TV was non-functional for half of our stay even though we immediately informed the front desk. Breakfast was about par with other hotels costing much less.

This is a clean, well-maintained property in a very nice neighborhood. If you need a place to stay while passing through KC, this is a good stop. It felt safe and there are a lot of businesses handy for whatever you may need.
