Not a great experience. The hotel needs some updates (think dingy showers) and the staff was not customer minded at all. They seemed a bit hostile and unfriendly. We were on our way to a cruise—as was most of the hotel I think—so everyone has the same Needs after a day of travel: food, shower and sleep. We waited in line for 15 minutes to get into the restaurant and at 15 minutes before closing time a guy came up and just said ‘no more tables.’ No room service offer, no offer to help us find food though there were 8-10 people in line. The front desk, while friendly in the phone when I called for late arrival, were not so excited to see us as if we needed too much. The rooms are dark and small, showing some age.

September 2023 Today is September 9, 2023. I booked two rooms months ago. I took the train down from Venice to Ravenna to get on cruise ship tomorrow. I had the paperwork for two rooms saying confirmed. One king and one Presidential Suite. They only had me down for one room. Why? I don’t know. I literally called a few times before the trip and sent an email. They say they felt it was only in regard to the one room. They wouldn’t do anything for me even though I had all the proof of two rooms booked. They said they were all booked. Even though it wasn’t my fault and I came from another country all the way here to have no room. I asked if I could stay in the other room I booked and they said no cause we already had 4 people in there. So they try calling another hotel. They find a room that is way more expensive than the one I booked. My husband found a room across town at another hotel. Get this they call me a taxi and don’t even offer to pay for it. We have to pay for it. Also we arranged a shuttle to pick us up tomorrow morning there and take us to the cruise. So we will have to pay for another taxi back to this hotel. This is the worse service and lack of compassion I have ever had dealing with any hotel. They were not professional at all. I would give a lower score if I could. Maybe others have been treated well here but we were treated extremely bad. Where were we suppose to go if we hadn’t found another room at a different place? UPDATE The next day when I went back Antonio gave me 20% of my sons room which did help but being worried about possibly not having a place to sleep was not good.

Rooms are acceptable however decidedly lacking in amenities with no tea or coffee making facilities which coupled with no bar/cade in the day as advertised meant no tea or coffee available in entire hotel between breakfast and dinner so poor Breakfast buffet american style is stated its not ....... bacon is only partially cooked and scrambled egg are the only 2 hot items so again overall poor

This hotel is not in town, where all the site seeing, it’s 15 minutes drive and was no issue for me because I had a rental car. It’s in a relaxed area, looking over kids park. It has a shuttle van , but pricey. Helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and generous breakfast, did I mention quality coffee. There is no gym. I like this hotel. C U Around

My husband and I just checked into the hotel this afternoon. It’s much further out of town than we expected. We took a cab to the hotel and have no car. After a long day of travel we wanted dinner only to be told that the restaurant was full and they couldn’t accommodate us tonight. In our room, we looked for a menu to order from room service. I called downstairs and was told we had to go downstairs to the restaurant to order room service, seems kind of bizarre. When we got downstairs and received a menu, we were also told it would take an hour for a meal to arrive upstairs. Now, upstairs is interesting because there’s no place to sit in a room and eat dinner. We had asked to eat at the bar and we told that no we had to order room service for our room. This is totally unacceptable. I’ve never had a hotel experience quite like this. Would not recommend this hotel, and would never stay here again.

Bella la reception con personale gentile ma asciutto. Nel mio caso bella anche la stanza ma per un 4 stelle S , anche le piccole cose - seppure la stanza sia venduta ad un ottimo prezzo- hanno un peso. I corridoi (8° piano sono un pochino spogli e con la moquette sgualcita in piu' punti, il pavimento della camera - molto ampia- è bicolore causa rattoppo, il termoarredo cromato del bagno era scrostato e le tende bucate. Malgrado tutto la qualità del sonno è buona, il parcheggio è gratis, nella stanza non manca nulla quindi per me è assolutamente OK. Forse renderei piu' accogliente la sala ristorante che, se va bene per le colazioni, per un ristorante è un po' scialba.

Terribili la s hai quattro stelle la hanno aggiunta col pennarello? Né più né meno di un tre stelle normale. A partire dall'uso e della moquette che andava bene negli anni 70... il materiale più antico del mondo per una stanza... letto molto scomodo ristorante che chiude alle 10 e alle 10:15 non ti danno neanche un pezzo di pane, bar chiuso alle 13... un bel tre stelle niente di più
