The room was provided almost 90 minutes late from the regular check in time. Let’s not even talk about getting an early checkin. As soon as we reached we were told to go to restaurant till the time room becomes available. We requested for a queen bed but even after requesting multiple times we were still provided a twin bed. We did try to call earlier for a queen bed and were told that we will get it on first come first serve basis but even after reaching much earlier than 2, the rooms were not even ready and hence we had to wait for 90 minutes and did not even get the room we wanted. Once checked in, there were several issues with amenities which made it clear that they have done a job hurriedly. Service is the worst i have ever seen in any hotel i have stayed at. They will take at least 40 minutes to do anything and you have to call minimum 3-4 times for getting any service. Utter useless reception folks and irresponsible. Room amenities like fan, toiletries, hot water, etc. were either not working or we had to call them to get them fixed. This continued throughout our stay. We even considered canceling our stay but because of online hassles and no response from vendor gave it up.
