Hotel area was great. In a quiet area. Room was clean and peaceful. Didn't know about the $100 deposit when I got there but it was waived for me. Great service.

It's a terrible place to stay. I booked for 3 nights to stay there. 1st it's not outside. On the wall warning "Keep valuable stuff out of the car and we are not responsible for theft or any damage". The room was full of all kinds of bugs(roaches etc). Our bodies started etching and we left the hotel the same day and didn't stay a single night.

I had booked a room and already paid for it. When I showed up to check in they told me they had overbooked and didn't accept my payment so they didn't have a room for me. No notification, no offer of any kind, no sorry, no nothing. Just that I needed to contact ******* for a refund. A refund because i had already paid for my room and was told there's another hotel up the road, ONLY because i asked what I'm supposed to do now. I travel a lot and have never had this happen and to be handled with so little care or even a notification BEFORE I arrived at the hotel. Awful.

Checked in late last night from getting off the road because I'm a trucker so I didn't inspect my room right away. I then go to take a shower and find a spider hanging from the toilet seat, cool no problem. Here's my issue. When I finished getting dressed I needed a pen to write some information down, so proceed to search for one. I opened the drawer to the night stand to find a skull lighter and a crack pipe. I immediately pack my things and headed straight to the office. On my way there I also found beer bottles on the stairway. Office doesn't open until 9a but there was a sign indicating new hours. Definitely not coming back here

I don’t know who is giving this place 5 stars, but I hate giving it even 1. Got there early evening and there was no signage. Went in the lobby and there was a man wearing a construction vest who couldn’t work the computer. Finally got keys and realized this is in no way a hotel. It looks like apartments for people down on their luck. The room was okay, no trash can, no hand soap, and one tiny bottle of shampoo. The room smelled like cigarettes and there was mold in the bathroom. I checked out and transferred to the Hampton Inn. I felt like I had arrived in paradise. Don’t ever stay here if you are looking for a normal hotel experience.

Yes they are for sure 😁.an all the staff are doing a wonderful job like miss Robbin Adria Julian Ms belle Ms Marion Ms Sonia they all have been good to all customers around here all day house guests. The rooms are still 100% clean anything you need to go get it for you it might take a look time but it'll be right there the final day they are good friends to work for as as a good company all I can say about them they are 100% pure people friends they know how to handle business and they take their work serious I've been here almost going on a year and I never complain about nothing cuz I don't have to cuz the first time I've been here everything is been correct so this is all I have to say about that you all have a nice day.

Clean and orderly rooms. A really great hotel to stay in the Raleigh Crabtree Mall area. Is in a great location. Off the road so you don't hear the constant traffic going by. Beautiful property. Will definitely stay again.

Such a great place to stay. Everything you need. Great staff. Clean rooms. Awesome location. Tucked away off the main toad but still close to anywhere you might need to go. It's very conveniently located.

I have stayed in several hotels in the past year in the Raleigh-Durham area, and this hotel has been one of the best so far. It has everything that you would need during your stay. Management has been very helpful and accommodating. Also Marion is incredible at her job. Thank you.
