1. The bathroom sink had hair in it. While it was cleaned after I complained, it should have been spotless upon arrival. 2. The Wi-Fi was terrible, with speeds of 1-2 Mbps, making it impossible to even load Gmail. Your IT staff wasted an hour and still couldn't fix the issue-they should be replaced. 3. The check-in staff was not courteous at all. 4. The staff at the breakfast dining area is completely untrained and lacks basic etiquette. 5. It took 45 minutes and two follow-up calls to get fresh towels delivered to my room. 6. There was a power cut for more than 20 minutes while I was taking shower. 7. The worst experience was dealing with the arrogant hotel manager. When I raised concerns about the Wi-Fi, his first reaction was to accuse me of lying. He had no knowledge of Wi-Fi or speeds and didn't even apologize after I showed him the actual speed on my device. After a half-hour argument and only when the IT staff admitted the issue, he finally said sorry. He promised to book a cab for my airport return but failed to follow through. This was probably the worst stay l've ever had at a Hyatt. The manager should be replaced as he lacks courtesy and failed to apologize for wasting my time and not delivering on promised services.
