Had paid for ac room but ac was not working at all. Complained this to receptionist only my room (409) ac was not functioning he said there is some power issue, within half an hour it will be fixed. Issue was not fixed at all. I had to sleep without ac inspite of paying extra charges for ac

Location was difficult to track. The initial room allocated was near the go down, later an unfinished room was provided. The restaurant staff's wer very indiscipline and impolite. Dint have breakfast that was opted ***** the booking. Over-all unpleasant stay and would never recommend

Rooms are not so good, it is average, toilets to be maintain properly - doors and walls are dirty. No drinking water provided. Beds are too old, tv are not working only display pupose of old models. Overall not worthy.

Rooms are sticking, beds and toilet are full of cockroaches. Booked it for 2 days but left in one day. Very very poor and late service. Pols avoid.

Decent hotel, matching the rates that have been put up. The bathrooms could have been more tidy. The room condition was good. Excellent included breakfast.

Location is interior of raichur town. One need to drive car carefully into small lane leading to hotel. Not worth the rent paid (2730) in the town raichur. Facility not maintained well w. R. T. Cleanliness etc. Bed covers were dirty as they didn't change after earlier user. Provided duplicate bislery water bottles in the room.

Very bad service, 2 rooms booked, they given 1 room in one place another in another long distance, not a cleaned room, no cooperation from the staff even we 4 ladies suffered a lot. Complementary food also not provided.

The room and the washroom are very dirty. The bed is so horrible that we all had backaches. I would not recommend it.
