The hotel, room, bathroom, location, staff were incredible! Rosie, was the highlight of the whole place. She takes care of the guest services, breakfast and recommendations. She made the whole experience wonderful for us. The hotel setting, design style, details, bedding, pillows, cleanliness and breakfast was TOP as the Italians say! Ragusa Ibla is a magical place and this hotel was the perfect match to it. Close to all the shops, restaurants and lots of free parking. I would highly recommend this place for couples looking for a magical place to a magical town. The people and area is one I will always cherish and surely will come back to! Also, the gardens with the jacuzzi surrounded in greenery…perfect for relaxing after a day of visiting near by towns! Thank you Rosie for your wonderful hospitality!

Ospitalità ottima, la proprietà cura ogni particolare della struttura, pulita e accogliente. La colazione è il top, per la location e per la qualità dei prodotti. La gentilezza e le premure della signora Rosy sono difficili da trovare altrove. Centrale la posizione da cui si raggiunge a piede ogni angolo di ibla. Ben dotata la camera di informazioni turistiche.

La struttura è molto bella ed è posizionata ottimamente. Colazione con tanti prodotti locali. Il plus è però costituito dalla Signora Rosy: fantastica!!! Ci ha aiutato a risolvere un problema mettendosi totalmente a disposizione e non era certo tenuta a farlo. Grazie

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo posto meraviglioso. Centralissimo, arredato con stile ed eleganza. Il tutto contornato dell'ospitalità della magica Rosi che ci ha coccolati e fatti sentire a casa. Non vedo l'ora di ritornare!!!

Con la mia ragazza ci siamo ritrovati in questo hotel, dove ad accoglierci abbiamo trovato una persona che a dire splendida è poco. Ci ha aiutato fin dal primo momento con tutte le nostre richieste ed esigenze. Se l’albergo di per se merita, merita molto di più per Rosi, spero di aver ricordato il nome. Persona squisita!! L’albergo in se è molto bello, molto ben curato, noi alloggiavamo nella suite con vasca per la cromoterapia, esperienza davvero rilassante. Non abbiamo avuto il tempo di usare la jacuzzi che è a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti, sul terrazzo con vista sul duomo di Ibla. Colazione a buffet davvero buona con dolci torte e granite Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questo albergo

La suite straordinaria con vasca in camera Ottima la gestione igienica della stanza, accurata in ogni dettaglio. La colazione ricchissima dei sapori di Sicilia ma anche internazionale. Il personale gentilissimo è sempre atento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Lasciare la struttura é stato veramente difficile ma ci ha lasciato una grande voglia di tornarci. Famiglia Mercurio
