"Upon arrival at the hotel, I was disappointed to find that it had no gym, it was booked for me by my office though, so I had no legitimate right to expect one, but these days it seems to be a pretty standard expectation. My main issue was basic organisation, cleanliness and hygiene. We had an event in the hotel, it took until well after the event began for the dirty glasses and half-used refreshments from whoever was in the room before us to be taken away and for new drinks and snacks to be brought in for us. There was no water, the orange juice was such thick pulp as to be completely undrinkable. My room appeared to be quite clean until I realised that there was an ant nest in the room! A hole in the carpet underneath the desk proved to be where they were coming in and out. I found them on the desk going for the food that I had brought from the local shop. The room service was okay, apart from the fact , I had to go physically down to the restaurant to order it because nobody picked up the phone for room service and nobody picked up the phone for Reception. I had the club sandwich which was average and a crème brûlée which I have to say was delicious. A colleague had the cheeseburger and said it was terrible. The lifts are very bad - very jerky and rough. Check-in took way too long and the attitude of the Reception staff to a colleague whose booking had been lost was not helpful. Overall would NOT recommend."

"Am nächsten Tag wollten wir nach Rabat fahren, also beschlossen wir, am Bahnhofseingang zu warten. Das war zwar praktisch, aber man muss unbedingt vorher reservieren, sonst bekommt man gar keinen Platz. Es waren auch viele Chinesen da, und man konnte sogar im Erdgeschoss Bier trinken – das war ziemlich angenehm!"

"Kleines Hotel, sehr saubere und gemütliche Zimmer. Gute Dusche. Abendessen Menü gut, obwohl der Service sehr schlecht war. Enttäuschend Frühstück mit Essen nicht ausgefüllt, wenn die Platten am Frühstücksbuffettisch leer sind. Ich musste mich bei mehreren Gelegenheiten um den Orangensaftsauce wieder füllen. Mangel an frischem Obst verfügbar und musste wieder einmal die verschiedenen Betreuer bei 4 Gelegenheiten um eine Banane zu befragen. Das Hotel ist mit vielen Mitarbeitern beschäftigt, aber viele sind nicht interessiert. Die im Zimmer verbliebenen Gegenstände konnten nicht gefunden werden, wenn ich zurückgekehrt war, um sie zu sammeln."

"The guesthouse we stayed at for the shortest time was the one we visited. We arrived at midnight, and when we went in, there weren't many people around, which made us a little scared, but it was just our imagination. There was a door in the room leading to the outside rest area, and I kept suspecting that people outside could see in, but it turned out I was overthinking it. The breakfast was delicious, and they even saved some for us since we were late. The interior was also very beautiful!"

"Hotel os situated beside the Kasbah and at the walls of the Medina. The airport is 20 minutes away and train stations 15. The cleanliness, service and atmosphere in the hotel can not be faulted. The staff are excellent. Breakfast is well presented and satisfying. Overall highly recommended. "

We ate in the evening and that had no ambiance and it was expensive and portions were small. We had the Hammam and they weren’t really set up to do this as there were a lot of delays and massage was in a bedroom downstairs .Rooms are comfortable and staff are helpful and friendly"

Eines der Zimmer im zweiten Stock hat einen defekten Abfluss, und das Badezimmer im ersten Stock besteht nur aus einem Vorhang. Die Kurtaxe ist mit 44 Dollar pro Person und Nacht teuer, und wir bekamen kein Wechselgeld. Zuerst hieß es, wir sollten es selbst holen. Es gab kein Toilettenpapier, nur Toilettenpapier. Es wurde kein Wasser bereitgestellt. Beim Frühstück gab es nicht einmal Eier."
