I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip and was looking for a room with a lake view, easy access to the airport, and proximity to town. It met my basic expectations. Pros: - Clean and well-maintained room. - Room size is comfortable for two adults. - 24-hour reception is very convenient. - Bus stops (Bus 1) are right in front of the hotel. - The balcony with chairs and a table offers a serene view of the river. - Buffet breakfast starts early at 6:30 AM, which is great for me as my coach to Lake Tekapo was at 8am. - Room comes with all necessities, plus a microwave, which was a huge bonus for me. Cons: - Booked a lake-view room, but the view was partially blocked by bushes/trees as the room was on Level 2. Located next to a busy main road, and passerby visibility made it feel less private. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to family and friends for its convenience and comfort.

The rooms are super nice. And the kitchen has a beautiful view. There is a weird smell like spices) in the storage room and our bags now smell like it but other than that the staff was friendly and the room was extremely comfy (the bed was like sleeping in a cloud)

Das Zimmer ist sehr zufrieden, sehr groß, mit Küche, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Leitung, die Küche ist auch, im Grunde ist es sehr bequem, und es gibt einen Tisch, das ist die bequemeste und beste Küche, die ich je verwendet habe, um die hygienische Reinigung zu decken, die Badebestände sind auch gut, die Nacht ist sehr ruhig, sehr nah am See, Es gibt etwa 200 m, die Straße und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch sehr bequem. Der größte Nachteil ist, dass es ungeachtet der Tage gibt, die ich nicht für die Hygiene kommen kann, und alle Gegenstände sind anders, wenn Sie wechseln. Ich wohne drei Tage und fühle mich schwer, wenn nicht, es ist ein sehr wertvolles Hotel.

Ich machte mir Sorgen, wo ich übernachten sollte, aber ich bin froh, dass ich mich hier entschieden habe!! Zugang: Praktisch, da es in der Nähe des Zentrums von Queenstown liegt und zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Der Hang ist etwas steil, aber es ist eine gute Übung. Busse, die über den Flughafen fahren, und Reisebusse zum Milford Sound halten ebenfalls an der Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel. Zimmer: Da wir zu dritt waren, haben wir ein Zustellbett genutzt. Es gab eine Miniküche, ausgestattet mit einer Mikrowelle, Tellern, Messern und Besteck. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und war komfortabel. Ich konnte die Gondel von meinem Zimmer aus sehen. Frühstück: Die Auswahl ist festgelegt, nicht viele, aber ausreichend. Die Rösti waren so lecker, dass ich sie jeden Tag gegessen habe... und der frische Apfelsaft war so lecker. Da viele Touren früh am Morgen starten, war es schön, ab 6:30 Uhr etwas essen zu können. Sonstiges: Um die Wäsche zu nutzen, müssen Sie an der Rezeption Münzen im Wert von 8 Dollar (2 Dollar ✖️ 4 Münzen) erhalten. Es wurde von der Kaution abgezogen. Zuerst konnte ich nicht sagen, wo sich die Rezeption befand, da die Rezeption in die Cafeteria integriert war. An der Rezeption gibt es nicht viele Mitarbeiter, daher kann es je nach Tageszeit zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen. Alle sind freundlich.

Location good bec it's only about 800m to town area. They didn't Vacum the floor even though they clear the garbage. Not suitable for those who have knee problem bec need to climb quite a lot of stairs. Parking is not easy as need to park away from allocated room. View is nice from balcony.

The hotel is super conveniently located walking distance to the heart of town, but is also private and serene. The Juliet balconies in every room are charming. Breakfast is good and there are sofas and sitting areas inside and outside where you can read or watch the stars. If you miss out on one of the four parking spots, the pay lot is only a few steps away and it’s free overnight. Also, the hotel is right next to the gondola, which was convenient. We had a great time here.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, man kann auch die schneebedeckten Berge sehen, aber der kleine Mangel ist, dass das Zimmer etwas hellhörig ist, man hört das Geräusch der Straße sehr laut.
