Fantastic. Hemei may not be part of any international chain but the service level of the staff was on the same level as any Intercontinental, Marriott or Shangri-la that I have stayed in. From Linda at the front desk who upgraded us without us saying a single word to housekeeper Niu Ailing who wrote us a nice note to say how happy she was to serve us, it is the sincerity from staff like these who make this hotel worthy of its 5 diamonds rating.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und der Servicepersonal ist auch sehr gut. Der Waschservice ist besonders geeignet für den Familienausflug mit dem Baby und das Doppelbett kann zusammenhängen, das Baby zum Schlafen bringen ist nicht unter Druck. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, sehr sauber, das nächste Mal werde ich noch leben.

I was there to attend a 2 day conference. Check in and Check out was cumbersome and needlessly long. 5 staff members at the desk but only one person was doing the checkin and she was very rude (see Photo). Check out was no better, delayed because they needed housekeeping to check that I did not steal any towels. Breakfast offering was good but strange that they did not have sugarfree equal, but yet had it in the rooms, when I mentioned this, the service person said she would go and get some but never did. I asked for smoke free room but obviously the hotel does not have smoke free policy since there were ashtrays in front of all elevators. Also no controls for wearing masks. One good thing is large Wanda Mall is next to hotel. This hotel is overpriced. There are many hotels that are much cheaper.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, die Einrichtungen sind sehr komplett und das Schlafen ist sehr komfortabel. Die Spaziergang im Hof ist auch sehr angemessen, die Nachtlicht ist sehr nah an einer Wand vom Park entfernt. Es ist nicht weit von der Automatte entfernt, sehr bequem.
