I recently had the misfortune of staying at a certain hotel that left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. My experience was marred by abysmal service, ongoing renovation work, and rooms that were far from accommodating. I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn others who might consider booking a stay at this establishment.
From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel staff had no interest in providing a pleasant experience. The receptionist was indifferent and unhelpful, barely acknowledging my presence as she checked me in. Her lack of professionalism set the tone for the rest of my stay.
To make matters worse, the hotel was undergoing extensive renovation during my visit. I was unaware of this fact when making the reservation, as it was not disclosed on their website or during the booking process. My assigned room was a nightmare. The furniture appeared worn-out and outdated, desperately in need of replacement. The AC wasn’t working properly, the washrooms were wrecked. It is clear that the management prioritizes profit over guest satisfaction, and until they address these issues, it is best to avoid this hotel!

Trotz umfassender Erfahrung mit Indien Reisen, war die Erfahrung mit dieser Einrichtung dann doch wieder besonders: Ankunft, Begrüßung und Zimmer Übergabe waren so schleppend ,eine einzige Katastrophe, anders lässt sich das nicht beschreiben: die Zimmer sind seit gefühlten Jahrzehnten nicht renoviert worden;sei‘s drum,aber wir fühlen uns geneppt.Einziger Pluspunkt sind die vielen, sehr netten, aber leider vom selbstgefälligen Management eingesetzten Mitarbeiter. Sehr bemüht, aber angesichts der ganz offensichtlichen Management Lethargie nicht in der Lage der Gesamteindruck zu verbessern. Ich frage mich allen Ernstes, wie *** in diesem Hotel Urlaub machen kann,ohne Schaden zu nehmen.

*Nature* Atmosphere is very nice. Rooms are very clean and tidy. *Workers* Polite Staffs and understanding receptionist. *Food* Food is very tasty and the restaurant is clean *Swimming Pool* Water of the pool is clean and the Lifeguard is well polite.

Every aspect of services were very good. Specially Intern students’ response ( from Sindhuli Nepal) was excellent. The location. Of hotel is very convenient. Reception’s response in guiding for our transport is very good. Room service response and action was prompt.

Extreme misbehaving staff...poor management...ac not working...not even a hair dryer in bathroom....dirty bedsheets...Room size very small...charging huge and serving minimal.... Not fit for stay....utter disappointment.....

Fantastic place with great amenities and efforts from the staff who leave no shortcomings in pleasing you Anjali Sahoo was extremely and particularly helpful Overall, management is cooperative Rooms are great, clean and well kept In house restaurant is fabulous

the rooms ac were not working at all, when informed it was not considered. the management and the hospitality ******, we were given no compensation. we booked 4 rooms out of which 1 ac worked, one barely did and the other did not at all. to a point where we they had to put a table fan for the night
