We absolutely love this place and come back every year to enjoy the beautiful nature and the dreamlike atmosphere here. However, because I believe Château Purcari could become pure perfection with just few simple adjustments, I would like to give some constructive suggestions: -FOOD: It would be fantastic if the National menu could be more diverse and reflect the true flavours and colours of the local cuisine. As an example, consider including some traditional fish+mamaliga dishes,( and not only). Fancy dishes certainly have their customers nevertheless, I believe Purcari should excel at authentic, mouth watering dishes simply because with your location and produce, you just have to be THE BEST, because you CAN. - BREAKFAST: especially during summer and autumn months please, please, please bring local fresh fruits ( peaches, sour cherries, apricots, mulberries, raspberries, strawberries) + things like compot, pancakes, pies, and other unique treats to the delight of your guests. I am not saying oranges, muffins or croissants are bad, it is just that Moldovan breakfasts should be part of the unforgettable Chateau Purcari experience through TASTE. STAFF: Every year we meet nice people there, starting from the security guys at the entrance. Human kindness is NATURAL in this place and therefore, please encourage your waiters and receptionists to be themselves and simply be enthusiastic about their job and own impact on the name and reputation of this great place. *This year Alexandra was very nice, helpful and welcoming to us- Thank You! TIPS: The “placinte” and” zeama” are a must. Overall I truly appreciate the journey this place has been through and I think that in such piece of Heaven- only sky is the limit! We wish you good luck, inspiration and enthusiasm! We highly recommend this place to everyone willing to have an unforgettable experience and some fantastic memories to capture ❤️ Thank you Château Purcari, cannot wait to visit you again!
