Punta Gorda Isles Private Pool Vacation Home - Canal Access to Charlotte Harbor! Our 3-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom private pool vacation home offers a fantastic property perfect for your relaxing South Florida Gulf Coast Vacation. * Punta Gorda Isles Vacation Home with Private Pool * 3 Bedrooms / 2 1/2 Bathrooms * 2 miles to Historic Downtown Punta Gorda * 173 feet of water frontage * Fully Equipped Kitchen * Dining for 8 at the dining table * Incredible Open Living Space Perfect for Entertaining * Parking for two cars in the driveway * Beach Supplies including chairs * Bikes * Dog-Friendly +$ * 54-foot dock- Sailboat Water (Boat lift not available) BEDROOMS (Single-story home) - Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom / Private Attached Bathroom / 52" TV - Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom / Lanai Access / 30" TV - Bedroom 3: One Queen Bedroom 2 Electric Bikes available for guest use (must be age 16 or older) Dock: Feel free to use the dock for your own boat or for fishing. (Boat lift not available) Pool Heater Charges and Information: The pool faces Southeast Pool is 30x16 D 6' This pool is chlorinated Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. Dog-Friendly Home (+$) *This is a dog-friendly home *There is an additional $250 plus tax nonrefundable fee * There is a two-dog limit * Dog(s) must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival. * Please note, cats are not allowed; the homeowner will not make exceptions. Garage: * Two car garage parking available. Up to two cars can fit in the driveway Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it. No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site. BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged. FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights) We will collect a $1,500 deposit. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded. If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit. Minimum age to book this property is : 25
