Treasure Island Resorts Lonavala

Our experience was: Good location, good food, good staff, good amenities overall good experience.

The staff was not welcoming and basic things were not available and we asked for a little help which was denied directly. Poor professionalism.

Food was pathetic, Room service was bad, no hot water supplies, poor management, flush was not working, room’s AC remote was not working, room’s light stopped and starts to blinking whole night. Location and view might give you a little peace.

We were expecting complete privacy during our stay; however, upon arrival at the resort, we found it overcrowded due to a marriage function being held there. I had booked a lagoon villa for our stay, but unfortunately, families were frequently coming by to visit and check out the villa, which was quite disturbing for us. As a result, we refrained from going outside for leisure activities. Additionally, we faced several issues with cleanliness. The swimming pool was dirty, with no proper maintenance, and all the debris seemed to accumulate near the villa where we were staying. The bathtub in the villa was also not cleaned when we arrived. To our horror, we found white hair, presumably from an older guest, which was extremely unhygienic and unpleasant. It made the experience of using the bathroom very uncomfortable for us. On a positive note, the breakfast was truly amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The variety and quality of the food were excellent. The room service was also commendable, and we have no complaints in that regard.

in last stay there are marriage function at resort so pool side area are not useful. no image taken due to some marriage arrangements are going to resort so just waste of money and time. 👍
