Spent 10 days for business and find a place clean, efficient and a really high level of courtesy by all team members. Restaurant is good as well and the local food is ok. I was a late check in and the reception was available so no issue do to a check in not in a regular time. More then suggested for business travell.

I loved the service I got at the reception, the cube (breakfast, lunch, diner) and especially the hospitality and help I got from Mr. Bhupendra Singh! Because of him, I get the same feeling as I am at home. The roomservice and housekeeping is always suprising me with extra fruits and local delicaties at my room. If I have any questions, the staff is always ready to help. I want to thank Mr. Bhupendra Singh and the team for making my stay so comfortable where I feel like at home!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Effotel Pune. The check-in process was smooth, and the services provided were top-notch. Every staff member, including Nishad, Manish, and Bhupendra, were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist. Despite arriving super late on the first day, they held the dinner buffet until 12:30, going beyond their usual closing time. Special thanks to Vijay, the Sales Manager, who efficiently handled my booking for 9 rooms. He ensured that my daily breakfast was packed and ready by 7am, accommodated my Jain food preferences on time, and explained all room tariffs thoroughly. The overall check-out process was equally seamless. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay at Effotel Shirwal!

It was excellent stay at Effotel by Sayani Sarola. We had 4 room and all room were superb. Our Family members are quite impressed. Location was excellent. Front office staff was excellent and cooperative. We are happy with their services . Thanks to all special thanks to Manager Ajay at front office he is very cooperative with us.
