hotel was basic, but do not go all inclusive, the food is to cold, not 1 meal is edible, customer complained to reception with no success, no alternative food oir refund offered, management was no hep whatsoever and would not co-operate with the travel agent. this is against food hygiene,

Read a lot of negative reviews before going but went with an open mind.The rooms were spotless quite modern and a great size we had a pool view which was really nice with nice balcony to sit on.pool was warm but access in and out not the easiest but was OK we used it every day.all inclusive drinks were OK down side was plastic disposable cups like from a vending machine.food was OK again but was cold at times there was a microwave to heat it.staff were very friendly and entertainment was interesting with kimba the drag act. All inclusive ends at 22:30 and so does the bar doors closed good night. Europa center is little 5 mins walk to carry on though.check out is 11 am but if your flight is later on in the day you can extend your all inclusive for 15 euro each this is worth it Would I go again? Yes I would over all a pleasant stay everything we needed taxi to the beach 6 euro.

The room was ok, the food was cold some meat dishes was salty, letting children as you as 6 use the coffee ma home water very hot , pool tiles of people complained the manager lied said she not received complaints, Complaints of diahrea that was ignored Food hygiene and health safety need pay a visit

We enjoyed our holiday, staff are all amazing especially young girl on reception, she’s a credit to the hotel we loved her. Food not great, breakfast is probably best meal of the day. Chinese night was actually decent. We ate out at night most nights because it was disappointing. Someone made a comment about noise levels. If you are on holiday wanting a relaxing holiday and you have 5 families that take over the pool, swearing and screaming day and night I think the staff and guests have a right to complain. It was unbearable at times and they left the place a mess. Shocking way to behave and ruined a few guests holiday. This hotel is very dated, could do with a paint inside rooms, new kitchen cupboard doors but beds went very comfortable. Great little place, just don’t do All Inclusive if you don’t have too.

Absolutely awful…staff other than lady at the bar rude rude!! Became ill with food poisoning from eating shellfish at the all inclusive buffet 2nd day there. Spent the entirety of holiday laid in the sofa in my apartment poorly. Spent 1 full day in the sun that was it. Many other people were also ill (8 other couples) we all complained but were basically called liars! The manager told each of us that no one had complained yet we all discussed it among ourselves. Dreadful evening entertainment. An hour of music around the pool during the day and you have to be out of the pool by 6pm. Because I was poorly I had to fly home early…was due home Thursday and left on the Monday prior due to be being so poorly. Also €50 deposit not returned…I normally look at reviews and there is always good and bad reviews and I’m not particularly picky but this is the worst place I have ever stayed!!! Do not stay here you will be very disappointed!!

Check in was tje best part blonde lady very friendly after that wow No entertainment apart from the same drag act who was rotten and one night infront of children was down right rude and crude. Food disgusting eggs and fish sauce all inclusive bar closes it's doors at 10.29 to be exact. Absolutely disgusting with the so called security who threatened ti call police as we had music on our phone...holiday its a week in a geriatric ward no noise after 1030. Would we go again....Never Apartments r fine and do the job. Lots of work needing doing regarding a family holiday.....nothing family about it

You absolutely get what you pay for at this hotel. We were disappointed with our initial apartment (31b) on arrival as it was downstairs right opposite the bar/restaurant with no view, sun or privacy but asked for a change of room & the let us do so on day two. We moved to 16A which is the quieter of the two pools & this upstairs apartment was much more pleasant & scenic. We couldn’t complain about the food to be honest. Plenty of choice & fresh ingredients! The bar also has a choice of beers, local spirits, wine, cocktails & soft drinks. We found the staff to be really pleasant and helpful, especially the young girl in reception who is hilarious! I agree the hotel is a little dated but it was still clean and comfortable. The location is great for the europa centre and taxis & buses are cheap. In our opinion the only issue was some of the rude brits who we felt let the atmosphere down. The pools are small but enough really & there was never an issue getting loungers. On the last day they let us store our cases until our transfer at 3pm for free. Overall we thought this was great value for what we paid.

Great staff and lovely food. We stayed here for 5 nights all inclusive in August 2024. The location is excellent near to the Europa centre and the nearby Hippo Dino is a great addition which is just next door. The entertainment wasn't up to much as the lighting and the outdoor seating area is limited however the food made up for this and the nice relaxing atmosphere around the 2 pools. The only thing that let the hotel down was the lack of aircon as std in the rooms which during the hot season is essential, and canopies or brollies on the balconies. You can pay extra, however the industrial aircon units they provide are a bit antiquated and an extra daily charge of 8 euros. We wouldn't stay again because of this which is a shame as otherwise it would be a good hotel.

I love Spain ,the food was good,the hotel room the same but we still have not received the deposit back!I try to contact them but nobody reply back ,phone and email! The beach very nice and beautiful!We will coming back for sure but maybe not at this hotel !People lovely the same !
