Servatur JB - Adults Only

Just had a lovely week at these apartments. Very spacious with a large balcony containing two sunbeds, table, chairs and umbrella. Free safe and free air-conditioning. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space. Bathroom had two sinks a bidet and a lovely large shower. The only negative was lots of steps so hard to carry a large suitcase up and down, I had my husband to help me bur anybody on their own would struggle as nobody there to help you. The apartments are high up with beautiful views so therefore a long way down. You can either use the steps to the beach 709 of them or walk the long way down following the road then get taxi back about €4 . They have a sister hotel 4 mins walk up the road and you can go in and use their facilities. We went for a meal one night, they charge €24 each but that includes all your drinks and as much as you can eat so we'll worth it.

There was a little problem with our apartment at the beginning but that was immediatley sorted out so it wouldnt be fair to say anything further.We really enjoyed our stay at the jb the best things are the balcony we had a sea view and the balcony is huge with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. The air conditioning worked brilliantley and the shower was powerful (very good) Plus the wifi is fast. We really only found one negative and and thats the stairs especially if you have a apartment at the bottom carrying suitcases down there wasnt easy. But all in all we would definatley go there again.

adults only hotel, very satisfied with this place , quick check in at reception, staff very friendly, nice view from the apartment , nice pool area . beach is about 15minutes walk down 700 steps . restaurants & bars close to the beach . 5 minutes walk to spar market .

Stayed here for 11 nights and we loved every minute, apartment was lovely and cleaned regularly during our stay although the kitchen area could do with updating a bit, all staff were very friendly especially the maintenance man always had a smile and a laugh with you. We woke up on our last night to a water leek in the kitchen and had to ring the sister hotel (Puerto azul) as the reception closes at midnight in jb, they sent someone down straight away but he couldn’t do anything so we had a sleepless night due to the dripping water but in the morning it was sorted straight away with little fuss. We were allowed to keep our room on till 5pm on the final day for €40 The pool bar was ok for snacks and a beer and reasonably priced I suppose. The pool was lovely and clean and no rush for sun beds. The air con was free and worked very well also the safe was free unlike most places you have to pay. The balcony is so big with comfy loungers and table with 2 chairs and it’s a sun trap. Location wise it’s in the middle of the hill so a trek up to the europa centre and a leisurely walk down to the commercial centre and harbour, taxis are cheap enough though €5 either up or down. Overall a great holiday and we are looking forward to returning next year.

Spent a fabulous week here,03 May 24 as husband and wife. What a fabulously quiet hotel this is. Rooms are spotless and cleaned 5 out of 7 days. The balconys are huge with all apartments no matter which one your allocated and fully furnished with loungers,table and chairs, parasol and some with a jacuzzi if your lucky enough to be given one of these all as standard, some hotels charge extra for these items. It was my birthday on 6th May and on our return from a great day out at the beach and pubs we were greeted with a big bottle of bubbly which we were very impressed with as it must of been our domestic that informed management about our celebration, now that's what I call a nice touch and I couldn't thank them enough at reception. If you have mobility issues then it is taxi's everywhere but they are so cheap it's not a problem, 5 euros down to the beach and back up again and taxi rank is only 5 minutes walk up a slight incline. Food and drinks are cheap enough at the hotel, slightly less than at home, beers 3 euros, food varies but the pizza is only 8 euros and is huge and delicious. I can't fault this place for anything so I've immediately booked another week from 14 June, can't wait. The views and all the staff are amazing. Do yourself a favour and book this hotel if your looking for a very relaxing holiday. Hope to see you there yeeeaaahhhhaaaa.

Booked a sea view room, we got a bottom floor, the bottom floor ones have the big terraces, loved it. Hotel so peaceful and room was very clean, cleaner came in 5 times over 7 days. You can get pool towels from reception so no need to take your own. A bottle of wine and water on arrival. Pool area was great and very quiet. Air con was great, WiFi in the room was great, Kettle, Microwave and toaster all as new. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and the views were amazing. There’s a lot of steps down to the bottom rooms, if you don’t like steps ask for a top floor, it’s same floor as reception. (From the road there are about 15 steps down to reception.)
