Das Hotel hat die beste Lage in Puerto Morelos, aber der Rest... Das Zimmer hat lediglich ein Bett, ein Nachtkästchen und eine funzelige Beleuchtung. Es gibt weder Kühlschrank, noch Föhn, noch Telefon oder sonstige Extras. Die Lampen gingen zum Teil nicht und unter dem Tischchen tummelten sich Spinnweben. Dieser Art von Zimmern gibt es so in Deutschland nicht mehr. Das Schlimmste allerdings war der Krach, der jede Nacht aus der Nachbar-Bar kam. Der Lärm auf höchster Lautsprecherstufe hielt bis 2.00 Uhr morgens an. Die Polizei kam nicht, weil sie sich nicht zuständig fühlte. Dieses Hotel werde ich nicht wieder frequentieren.

It is a quaint, lovely hotel right on the ocean, and steps away from the heart of an amazing little town. However, the management staff lacks compassion and I will NEVER return. I had a 1-week reservation, paid on arrival. But I was forced to leave after just 3 nights, due to the death of a fellow American soldier in Ukraine -who like me -was volunteering services there. I respectfully petitioned the management, NOT FOR A REFUND, but ONLY for a 4 night credit for future use. In that same note, I explained how impressed I was with their hotel, and how I wished to make THEIR hotel my regular place on my multi-annual trips to P. Morelos. Yet, ALL I got in reply was a curt refusal which lacked empathy or compassion -and which tasted of sour greed. WILL NEVER RETURN

We had a great time! Thanks to Antonio, Gustavo, Hilda, Eduardo and Alejandro for the yummiest drinks. Rocio makes the best coffee! All the staff was amazing. Can’t forget about Jemima And Henry. The kids area was perfect for our little one.

We just finished a wonderful 4 weeks at Hacienda. We love the location and the proximity to everything the town has to offer. The hotel has many updates every year that we have been coming This year the attractive dressers and wonderful padded chairs in our outdoor area were a big plus for us.We have never run out of hot water and complimentary coffee is served every morning by the entrance. The desk staff is excellent and Leslie took very good care of us. They all are all fluent in English and Spanish. Yes, next years reservation is in the books. Thanks Hacienda for another great year!

Gustavo, Joel, Eduardo, Antonio, Hilda, and Henry were all amazing and great to all of us. They were all very complementary and made sure that we were enjoying ourselves the whole trip. They kept on interacting with us very positively and made our trip great.

For price, good. Beachfront. Beautiful pool and lounge area. Beachfront tables, lounge chairs. For me this is a big plus. Room and shower great. Hot water, comfy bed,clean. And parking. Safe fantastic. Location = close walking distance to supermarket, and cento.

Clean enough room but very basic. Could be so much better with some improvements, especially in the bathrooms. The water in the shower had a strange smell. While we were there the room upstairs flooded all over next doors balcony. There is an 80s music bar opposite and the music can be heard in all the rooms until 2am. It would be just ok for half the price but for what we paid we were expecting a bit more. The pool was nice but hardly any loungers and we sat in plastic chairs. On the plus side the staff are really nice and the restaurant and bar and communal areas are great (the restaurant is seperately owned and a much higher standard in all respects). The location is also very good.

This is a very basic hotel. No washcloths, beds were very hard, pillows are hard, beach and view are good. When we checked in their was no soap so we had to go buy soap. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good. Great location to walk to everything

The hotel is very basic but the staff is kind and the location is the best. There’s a restaurant inside the property but doesn’t belong to the hotel and the owner is one of the best known chefs in Mexico, Daniel Ovadia. The restaurant definitely is a must. The hotel is just fine.
