Absolutely a gem close to everything staff freindly and helpful felt very safe and secure massive apartment beautiful see veiws local spar on doorstep and bustop right out side would definitely stay ere again

Very big rooms, amazing staff, the manager was very helpful, open and friendly. The property close to the beach. The area is perfectly clean and quiet. You can walk at evening without worrying. We felt safe walking at evening. The bus stop 2 steps away. Easy commuting and also the car rental is cheap. You can walk to the airport along the beach and just enjoy. Highly recommended!

Apartments are basic but comfortable. Some of them have a lot of steps up to them. Dean could not do enough for us in reception. Even on the morning we were leaving he rang our bus transfer to make sure we would be there at the airport on time. It is a bit outside of the main ***** so taxis are needed but they are cheap. The only thing is there is no drinks or snacks machine in the apartment. There is a local Spar shop that closes at 10pm.

Excellent accommodation with fabulous views over looking the sea, with the green African Parrots visiting our balcony most days. Good sized apartment with most things you need. One minute to the supermarket and Sobor bar, 5 minutes to the shops and bars at Jameos and Matagorda. 7 minutes walk to the start of Playa Del Carmen's *****. A taxi back from the harbour and Old Town costs no more than 6 euros. They guys who worked there were really helpful. Very pleased with our visit.

Fantastic place, Dean is amazing he treats you like family, it's in a perfect position right opposite a gorgeous beach, we hired a car went to Lidl to stock up, it's sooo chilled, pools are really good, there's a spar and restaurants 2 minutes away, if you want to chill this place is heaven 😍

Staying here now ! If you want quiter area Situated on the beach and not far from Puerto del carmen this is the place for cheap accommodation! Rooms are basic (reflected in the price) but plenty of room with large balcony all you need for self catering incl iron,fan etc and any problems the manager sorts really quickly There is a plunge pool with 2 sunbeds but you have use of neighbouring hotels pool where sunbeds no problem Any questions about the area ,shopping ,eating out travel etc once again the manager will help you no problem Plenty of restaurants around the apartment and a large supermarket for everything you need Air con I'd available at 5 euro a day and a safe at same price Would we stay again ... yes

This place is horrendous, cockroaches in the fridge and presses, no balcony or terrace, 2 chairs and table in hall way supposed to be the terrace, filthy, everything was dirty, smelly, broken furniture, cockroach poo in the cutlery drawer, we arrived late in the evening so had to stay for one night but we booked alternative accommodation the next morning, Awful, I could go on, this caused terrible stress
