"Das Hotel selbst ist alles renoviert. Die Hotelzimmer sind groß. Die komfortablen Betten, die großen Badezimmer und alles sehr sauber und minimalistische. Das super gute Frühstücksbuffet. Es ändert sich nicht viel von Tag zu Tag, aber es hat wirklich alles. Außerdem haben Sie kostenfreien Zugang zum Spa und zum Fitnesscenter und zu den Außenpools, wann immer Sie möchten. Es gibt Parkplätze und die Lage ist unverbesserlich. Wirklich nahezu alles und mit spektakulärem Blick. In unserem Fall war die Vulkansicht wunderbar. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen."

"My experience at Lucky’s Hostel in Pucón was very disappointing. From the beginning, the treatment was distant and unwelcoming. No one explained how the facilities worked or offered a tour, so I had to figure everything out on my own. The heating was inadequate in the mornings, there were no basic supplies like napkins, and they even charged extra for towels. While the other guests were very friendly, the owner, Sebastián, had a judgmental attitude that made me feel uncomfortable. To top it off, they charged me 25 dollars for losing a key, which I found to be an excessive fee. All in all, I would not recommend this hostel."

"We were booked to come here towards the end of a month long trip through Chile and this was the last but one hotel on our trip. We were staying elsewhere but decided to try and get an extra day in here so arrived early, and were very glad we did. I am an architect by profession so loved the Frank Lloyd Wright feel of the design and the gardens and pool and views are spectacular. It is small but a little Gem of a place with wonderful staff who were delightful. It was bult in the 1950,s and retains many features from its construction and of course they managed to get an excellent location back then with spectacular lake views from the rooms and from the restaurant. We dined in the restaurant, and had some wonderful meals and indeed met many fellow guests who like the place, were charming and delightful, though I have to say that having travelled around a bit of Chile, it seems to attract that sort of person / family. Pucon really is activity central and you would be pushed to be bored here, and the center of town is only 5 min drive or 20min walk away. The setting is beautiful with the stunning volcano back drop. We drove up the latter and then took ski lifts to the higher levels which was well worth doing for the view, and followed it by sailing on the lake in the afternoon. We unfortunately could not get the fishing in that we wanted to do but that gives us an excuse to come back but we walked quite extensively in the surrounding hills and forests. The weather was perfect during our stay, so we did not need to light the wood burning stove in our room, which size wise were perfectly adequate with very comfortable bedding and beds and we both slept really well during our stay. A little Gem of a place as is Pucon, and we miss it greatly, as I am now sat in a cold damp and dark Yorkshire in the UK !!"

"Ein zentrales, kleines, freundliches Hotel. Mein Zimmer war warm mit einem großen Blick, komfortablem Bett und en suite Badezimmer. Das Rezeption-Personal war sehr hilfreich und der Snug-Lounge mit komplimentärem Tee war eine Freude zu benutzen. Ein Highlight war das Frühstück: alles wurde von Saft bis Brot, Kuchen und Jams von Miriam hausgemacht und serviert mit einem sorgfältigen Lächeln. Ich empfehle dieses b&b Hotel sehr."
