Firstly the room didn’t look like the prestige room I’d seen or booked on their website,no mini bar which was stated,no mirror either in the room ….weird!!when I asked about this I felt fobbed off. We didn’t enjoy the food,it was cold on several occasions,prawns served with the black bit in the back, not really expected from a pricey hotel like this,also a basic rule that a chef should know about prawns We ordered drinks which were unavailable as the hotel was closing down for the winter so not a lot of stock. Also very angry when we found out we’d paid over the odds for the taxi,the driver told us it’s normally €300 return,we paid the hotel €440 ….very dissatisfied,disappointed and upset,it’s been 4 years since we had a holiday,we paid well over the top for this!! Also kept having to go down and get Wi-Fi code as it kept going off. On the upside the restaurant staff were nice and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you.
