"Great example of a HolidayInn Express. Quite a busy bar and nightlife which was welcoming. Great place to watch the football or whatever major sports event is live. Room quite average, but that's not a bad thing. Very clean. I'll probably be back quite soon."

"I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 18 months. Unfortunately this hotel is going down hill. The rooms are alway good and to a good standard. The staff levels are atrocious .staff always seem to be hiding in the office. Never anyone on reception when you arrive and trying to get someone to answer the bell is shocking. Been told off for not using the self service kiosks, which never have found my booking any time I have tried. As with many other reviews. Avoid the restaurant. I only ever see one member of staff working it. Generally they are working hard to service on the bar take table orders and serve food. Wait times are long at points. Tonight I was ignored by the staff member on duty who was to busy watchin trying to spend as much time engaging in the World Cup football. Cleaning standards out side of the rooms is also been in decline over the past year ."

"My friend and I were attending an event in Preston and accommodation options were limited. We booked this hotel as there was very little choice within our budget. It’s not a luxurious place but acceptable for what we paid. My friend did not have any toiletries in her room, I had a small piece of soap and a tiny bottle of shampoo. I had one bath towel, my friend had one hand towel. The beds were ok and we slept adequately. There was a lot of noise and the walls are thin. Breakfast was included and was served quickly and tasted good."

Sehr schlechtes Schlaf als Ergebnis und keine Antwort vom Hotel, wenn kontaktiert zu bezüglich. Das Hotel ist Teil des AFC Fylde Fußballclubs, der am Tag meines Aufenthalts gerade gefördert wurde und feierlich gefeiert wurde. Verständlich Aber das Hotel hätte unter den Umständen für regelmäßige Gäste geschlossen werden müssen und das Fehlen einer Antwort auf die Frage ist außergewöhnlich schlecht."

While honouring many of Ferrari’s original features, they’ve given the building the modern transformation it truly needed. The result is stunning. The team – Ellie, Becky, and Sarah – worked tirelessly to ensure that our day was nothing short of perfect. Their dedication, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel incredibly special. Any couple lucky enough to get married here is in for a wonderful experience. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the food was; we have since revisited multiple times and enjoyed it again. Thankyou, to the Longridge House Team."

"well where do I start. this guest house is a gem. first the location down by the river 10 min walk from the railway station. whern you walk in you have a very large kitchen and lounge facing he river. free tea and coffee. next your room mine was on the first floor with side river view. the room was large with a double bed lots of power points a setee table and flat screen tv. the on suite shower room was great . free wifi.in the house. after i had been there about an hour the owners text to ask if everything was ok and did i require anything , which was a very nice touch. the room and house was spotless . overall a wonderful experiance,"
