We loved it! It was clean and the staff was very friendly! They even had a gym that I worked out in. We will definitely be staying again!

This experience with family was a total nightmare! Our room had bed bugs and the mattress was dirty also. Tried to resolve issue while at hotel and they would not issue a refund. Moved to another room and AC not working. Just wanted a refund and so far no refund has been issued. Manager will not return my call. Hilton corporate needs to step up and do what is right. Also the pool was nasty and the whole hotel was!

Hotel was unacceptable to stay. The door looked like it had been kicked in a time or 2 and was very hard to open and close, found left over milk in the fridgerator, dishwasher had water sitting in the bottom of it, the kitchen sink was dirty and no soap in the dispenser in the shower so I had my husband hand me a bar of soap from the counter, only to find a used bar of soap sitting on top of the shower door, bed was hard, pillows were, well if you wanna call them pillows. Dirty lamp in room and couch, not to mention at the breakfast bar was full of waffle batter. The carpet was coming up. Positives the breakfast was what we expected. I have pictures of all of this

Room wasn’t clean and they didn’t do a very good job when they remodeled. Looks like the landlord special. And for almost $300/night. Will definitely not stay here again. I normally stay at the Tru down the road but it was booked up. Hilton should look in to this place because it definitely doesn’t meet the Hilton standards.

Would Give ZERO stars if an option!!! This was my second stay at this location. I previously stayed in Jan 2024, and most recently earlier this month, and the hotel has deteriorated so badly in just a few months. It is dirty, worn , and very poorly maintained. I stayed for 9 days and my room was only "made up" once. I did get fresh towels two additional times, however there was never a true cleaning of the room the entire stay. The couch was stained and had an odor, probably from an animal as many were in the hotel, and obviously proper cleaning is not taking place. The pool was green and promised to be fixed the whole time we were there, but it was not. The door to my room had to be jammed closed by slamming my shoulder into it to close it, and the thermostat was not functioning properly. The outdoor grills were horrible and not fit to be used by anyone. Aside from these issues the laundry area was half broken, with a full slate of rooms booked it was challenging at best to get an open machine with only 1 washer and dryer working. There was also a family reunion going on that was allowed to have loud music and ruckus till well after 2 am on a Saturday night that was right across from my and others rooms. When reported to guest services at the desk they just shrugged. The breakfast was served with Styrofoam plates and plastic utensils, this was not the case previously, and it was poorly stocked and very slow to replenish what was there. Overall this is not what I expect from Hilton brand. With over 60 nights this year alone, I have seen many Hilton branded locations and this was a sad excuse for the brand. It is obviously being milked for every dime the owner can get out of it. I would tell you to save your money and go to a motel 6 and get the same value and quality you will receive here. The only advantage was its location close to Maxwell AFB, but that is all I can say positive for it. Hilton Corporate should rescind their right to operate this dump under their brand name. I also reached out to Corporate and the hotels contact us info over a week ago to address these issues and have received no response. It is clear the owner of this place could care less, STAY AWAY!!

We got a king studio on the 4th floor. It Needed a good cleaning. The Sheet for the sofa bed was used. There were Toothpicks on the bathroom floor. The Bed was somewhat hard. The Office chair was stained and dirty. The Chrome on the table legs and refrigerator were rusty. Hard pass on the breakfast! All this for $174.65…I got a “reduced” rate because I’m a member. The only bright spot was the front desk worker who checked us in. She was all by herself but did an amazing job handling the guest requests…even though they were out of additional pillows. That girl deserves a bonus!

My company picked this hotel so to it’s location ,when arriving to the property and entering the building we was not greeted,front desk worker was on the phone had a conversation before asking may she helped us,Got checked in went to the elevator to go to up to our rooms and the first room had an bad smell like dogs been it ,the second room was just not clean call front desk to ask for manger i was place on hold and over heard the workers say i not knocking on her door she already here with a hang over ,So whoever the manger is we see why this place look like an motel 6 ,so stay at your on risk we will not be back

I typically book Hampton Inn, but I wanted more space, so I booked Home 2 suites for the first time. The room was very spacious however it was soiled. The couch and chairs were very nasty. It gave the impression that the entire suite was unclean. The seats in the lobby where you have breakfast are also soiled. Breakfast was also not very good. Hilton used to have a very good "hot breakfast" and not so much anymore in the last few years.

The staff was very friendly and wonderful at helping my group. We had an issue with a reservation at a different hotel, and the Home2 staff worked wonders to make sure all 15 people in my group had a place to stay. 100% recommend
