Alchymist Prague Castle Suites

Warum hat mir ein so teures Hotel eine Nebenecke geschenkt? Und die Ausstattung im Inneren stimmt nicht mit den Bildern überein. Das Servicepersonal teilte mir nicht mit, dass es eine eigene Speisekarte zum Bestellen gibt, was dazu führte, dass das Frühstück am nächsten Tag nicht ausreichend mit Essen versorgt war! ! ! ! Schlechte Bewertung!

Zuerst dachte ich, ich würde in einem Schloss übernachten, das auch ein 5-Sterne-Hotel war, aber als ich ankam, spürte ich, dass es eine große Lücke gab Hotel. Sie richteten ein loftartiges Zimmer für mich ein. Ich war damit nicht zufrieden, aber der Service an der Rezeption war am Morgen sehr gut

Schöne Zimmer, wunderschönes altes Dekor, fantastische Lage und ein sehr angemessener Preis. Es gibt viel, was man an diesem Ort mögen kann, und ich würde ihn auf jeden Fall empfehlen, aber ich habe zwei ziemlich große Beschwerden: 1. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist absolut schrecklich und 2. Der Vorhang in meinem Zimmer hat das Fenster überhaupt nicht verdeckt, sodass ich superfrüh aufgewacht bin: Wenn Sie wie ich lichtempfindlich sind, werden Sie nicht schlafen können (das war im „Ruby“-Zimmer, ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob sie alle so sind). Außerdem fand ich das Frühstück ein wenig enttäuschend, und ich mag das System nicht wirklich, dass man am Vorabend vorbestellen und ein Zeitfenster angeben muss.

Was für ein wunderbares Erlebnis vom Moment unserer Ankunft bis zur Abreise. Wir wurden mit einem Glas Sekt und wunderbar freundlichem Personal begrüßt. Die Zimmer sind hervorragend und der Balkon war eine nette Geste. Wir frühstückten draußen und schauten auf das Schloss, es war ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Die Lage ist ideal und interessante Orte sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und erlaubte uns aufgrund unserer Flugzeiten einen späten Check-out. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, ein wirklich magischer Ort!

Was für ein toller Ort. Tolle Lage. Alle Zimmer und öffentlichen Bereiche sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Alle waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden von Katrina mit einem schönen Glas Prosecco begrüßt. An einem der Tage, an denen wir dort waren, hatten wir Geburtstag und sie organisierte ein Abendessen in einem tollen Restaurant in der Nähe. Die Hotelangestellten Radek und Igor waren großartig. Sie haben sich um all unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Die heimliche Heldin des Ortes war Olga, die Putzfrau, die wir kaum kennengelernt haben. Der Ort war absolut makellos sauber. Nirgendwo ein Staubkorn. Jedes Zimmer hat einen großen Kronleuchter und jedes Kristallglas war perfekt glänzend – nicht der kleinste Fleck. Anscheinend bereitet sie morgens auch das Frühstück vor, das reichlich und wunderbar war. Ich kann nicht genug über dieses Etablissement sagen. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass es in Prag einen besseren Ort zum Übernachten gibt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

I have been in 12 countries in less than 2 years. This is the most unique and impressive stay to date, and I will tell you why. Firstly, ***last time I stayed in Prague*** I had to be in a different hotel, a sterile corporate chain. It was fine but the corporate hotel chain added nothing to the Prague experience: it was crowded, and small bathroom, and pillows that gave me the ick -- again, a corporate hotel -- last time. Everything changed when I stayed at the Alchymist. My observations: 1. Martina, the manager sets a professional but warm and authentic tone. Any staff you meet follows her example. From the prosecco at check in, to allowing a bit later checkout (if they can, they will), I enjoyed her assistance. 2. The room exceeds expectations; it is expansive and luxurious. You can trust the online photos. 3. My friends tease me that I am a "pillow fiend." This bed was as nice as mine at home (my bed is my big splurge). Bed linens and bath linens, robes, slippers, are Ritz Carlton level quality (which is where I stayed before this, in Hungary). 4. There are complimentary treats in the room. Chocolates at night. If you need more snacks, use the honor bar. 5. Breakfast surprisingly has the possibility of just about anything you could want, for a place with few rooms. Everything is to the right standard. I love the coffee machine to get any type of coffee you want. The charming woman who cooked my eggs one morning was wanting to cook again, but there was so much on the buffet I needed to try. She wants you to be happy. 6. Location, location, location. There will be a QR code in your suite that gives you lots of tourist tips and suggestions. If you are new to Prague, use it. Also, ask Martina et.al. to arrange your transport. I learned the hard way about taxi drivers who are bullies and thieves in Prague.-- Google it. 7. There is no improvement needed here.

This hotel is a true gem. It’s a boutique property located just minutes from everything, offering an ideal location. The suites are exquisitely decorated, reminiscent of a room in Versailles, with beautiful classic furniture. Breakfast is elegantly served in your room by the friendly staff, who pay attention to every detail to ensure a luxurious, large and comfortable stay. Despite the building being around 500 years old, everything feels fresh and new. The sister property is equally stunning, though larger, with about 40 rooms compared to the castle’s 8. Both hotels, seemingly owned by an Italian proprietor, are masterpieces of design and hospitality.

Wonderful hotel and VIP service . You are made to feel like a princess. Met at reception with a glass of bubbly, and charming staff. Lovely rooms very comfortable, and great breakfast. The location was perfect, and I’d highly recommend this hotel.
