Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern im Club med. Pragelato und es war super! Von Beginn an hat sich das Team um uns gekümmert und alles möglich gemacht! Besonderes Lob an die Skischule: obwohl ich schon ein ganz gutes Niveau hatte habe ich bei Paolo noch viel dazu lernen können. Außerdem hat er unserer kleinen Skigruppe viel über die tolle Umgebung und die Geschichte der Region erzählt. Besonders schön war auch der Ausflug durchs gesamte Skigebiet bis nach Montgenevre in Frankreich. Sehr zu loben ist auch der Mini Club! Unsere Kinder haben Enzo und Ophelie gleich ins Herz geschlossen. Der Skikurs für die Kinder war auch topp organisiert und hat beiden sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Insgesamt haben wir eine sehr schöne Woche im Club Med verbracht und kommen sicher wieder!

Wir haben uns im Club Med wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Atmosphäre, viele nette Leute, gutes Essen, ... Leider gab es heuer wenig Schnee, aber die Pisten waren gut präpariert. Unser toller Skilehrer war immer wieder sehr bemüht uns zu verbessern. Auch der Einkehrschwung in die schönen Hütten mit super Verpflegung hat viel Spaß gemacht. Die Talabfahrt war leider nicht möglich, sodass man nur mit der Gondel ins Skigebiet kam. Der Club besteht aus vielen kleinen Häusern. Wir waren Gott sei Dank in der Nähe des Haupthauses! Der Fitnesstrainer ist super. Die Sauna, die dann doch noch geöffnet wurde, ist leider extra zu bezahlen.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional ski instruction from Fabrizio we received during our week at Club Med Progelato. His passion for skiing and dedication to teaching truly made a difference in whole experience. From our very first lesson, it was clear that Fabri had a deep understanding of the sport and an innate ability to convey that knowledge to us. His patient and encouraging approach helped me overcome my fears and significantly improved my skills on the slopes. I appreciated how he tailored the lessons to suit our individual needs, ensuring that we felt both challenged and supported. Fabri's enthusiasm was infectious, and I loved how he made each lesson not only educational but also fun. The tips and techniques he shared have given me a solid foundation for my future skiing adventures. Thanks Fabri once again for your outstanding, guidance and support. We truly enjoyed every moment spent learning and look forward to returning to the slopes soon!

My first experience of Club Med. The excellent things (superb ski guide Ime, lovely room and great food) easily outweighed the less good (irritating delay at the airport, dreadful check in experience, rather cramped bar and resort skiing far too busy on Saturday to enjoy skiing)

Club Med is very good. Quite varied food. Great option for those who want to go with a young person, as they have night parties. The staff is also very attentive and very warm. The boys who work there were great, like Rodolfo and others. It's really worth getting to know club med.

Our second year with Club Med (Val Thorens in 2024 being the first) and I have to say that Club Med Pragelato-Sestriere was great. The layout wasn’t what we expected - the accommodation was in individual chalets rather than a single building, but our room was the closest to the central hub so it wasn’t an inconvenience. The room was great as were the facilities, and the buffet was exceptional - on the food, I’d say give the specialty restaurant a miss (our experience there wasn’t great) and if you stick with the buffet you will not be disappointed. Our interraction with staff was great, and they were very friendly and helpful. The arrival / check-in / skis and boots collection process was a little ramshackle, but only to be expected on a very busy changeover day with 600 new guests arriving. Not quite ski in / ski out (as was the case at Val Thorens) but the gondola was a 1 minute walk across the courtyard from the main entrance. As for the lessons / ski guiding, 100% excellent, and our instructor Umberto was a gentleman, and our experience with him throughout the week was great. Overall, I’d say the week was great and I’d have no hesitation in recommending Pragelato, and would happily return.

Probably best value for people who want to drink lots, be ski guided or are learning. Positives: Buffet had a great selection and some yummy dishes. Great water pressure. Nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Option to ski in groups and meet people. Negatives: Noisy, hectic buffet restaurants. Speciality restaurants were a let down. Staff eating & drinking in uniform at same time as customers in Resturant. Staff didn’t always give the correct information. Ideas: staff to eat and drink in a separate area. Have one way traffic in areas to reduce how hectic and disorganized things can feel in the buffet area and reduce risk of spilages. Make app and website reflect each other and have consistent information, and ensure what you say you do/offer is actually done. Have written info about the resort and whats available in the rooms- many people don’t want to have to be using apps on holiday and the welcome meetings only suit those that arrive on certain days and was long and drawn out. Have non alcoholic beer/ gin/ Wine options. Include sauna and steam in the ‘all inclusive’ price. Offering a closer on piste option as part of the all inclusive would be preferable. Staff to give consistent correct advice. Some more quieter areas to relax after dinner with music would be nice. Have UHT milk in the rooms and the larger mugs. Have somewhere to hangs coats etc at meal times to de clog the restaurant (because your rooms are not connected to the main building you all wear outdoor clothes to get to the Resturant).

The Club Met itself is pretty good. Take it easy on the oysters but overall a superb experience. Truly all inclusive since one can have an on mountain lunch with wine all inclusive of the meals as well. Five days of ski instruction was also included. It is that were we got truly lucky. Luca is an accomplished skier but it is just a backdrop to quality of instruction that he provides. He is genuinely interested in improving each and everyone and he knows how to do it. It is equally important that his English allows him to accomplish that. You will also have the best time ever. If I ever go back I will go out of my way requesting Luca as an instructor in advance. The terrain definitely warrants a return trip. We did not get lucky with snow but that's even more of a reason.

Great place and ski school. Nice environment and food. Amazing staff, and service! Especially Yuval and Heri from the bar who were lovely, hospitable and made sure we had an unforgettable experience, they were smiling all the time and were the best bartenders we could wish for.
