For $320 a night we were welcomed with hairs in the bed on the fitted sheets. The AC made noise as if a construction crew was in our room, forcing us to turn if off altogether. At checkout the frontdesk lady did not even bother to ask ic we had a good stay. Very poor experience.

It's a great budget hotel! Gets the job done. There's continental daily breakfast, snack bar, great location for renting a car. Clean, comfortable. No restaurants onsite, but they do have plenty to do around. About 15-20 minute drive to downtown Portland and where all the fun is, plus still near the airport.

We chose this hotel since it’s prices were good and it’s proximity to the airport. We checked in online since we arrived late. The front desk validated our parking and we proceeded to our room. The room was comfortable, however the air vents were disgusting! I cleaned the vents since I knew when the heater kicked in, we would be breathing in all the caked in dust. The microwave wasn’t clean either. Everything else was ok. The breakfast was delicious especially their make your own waffles and egg omelettes. I liked their beverage station for coffee and hot water. Some guests were very noisy though, I agree with other reviews that the walls are very thin. We had an overall good stay, for the price, it was good.

My husband and I were in town for a concert and we chose this hotel due to the proximity to the Portland airport. The room was spacious with a kitchenette and apartment size refrigerator. It was fairly quiet but we occasionally hear a dog barking. The bed was comfortable. If it weren't for the parking lot, I'd give it a 4-5. But the parking lot was nothing but ice. Apparently, there was a snowstorm that left 10 inches of snow. Portland is not prepared for that much snow at one time. The streets, highway, parking lots were all snow and/or ice covered. The parking lot at the hotel was terrible. We almost slid into a pipe sticking up out of the ground.

furniture was dirty, our king bed has only 2 standard size pillows and no pillow cases on the extras. Cheep micro fiber sheets were dull and dingy. Couch in the room looked like a cat tore it apart. To make matters worse the front desk attendant was the only person in the entire building which I believe is against labor laws. We checked out and went elsewhere .. Horrible Place !!

What a great place to stay when arriving into PDX late at night! The hotel was very close to airport and easy to find. Rooms were very clean. We were tired and cranky and this hotel was bright and cheery! After a good nights rest we were ready to start our vacation.

Stayed here prior to early morning flight out of PDX. Hair and crumbs between mattress and box spring. Walls are paper thin and someone next to me has been on the phone for hours yelling. Not a good experience. Won’t stay here again.

Love the extra room you get at Home2Suites. Room was very clean.I love the digital key access so could check in ahead of time and go right on up to the room when we arrived late at night.traveling with 5 of us so these rooms accommodate perfectly

Had a late night arrival at PDX, so opted to stayed the night here then move on. The rooms were large, bed very comfortable and a very quiet stay since the hotel is off the main drag. You needn’t be concerned about any jet noise even though it is only 5 minutes away from PDX. If you were driving in, the entrance is a little goofy to find, but being there is a cluster of hotels there I don’t know why I got confused. My wife is a tidy expert, and she was happy with how clean the room was. It was great to have a kitchen available. If you don’t want to use the microwave you can request a hotplate. We usually do this since we prefer this option. The breakfast buffet is standard for the Home2 Suites: Eggs, cereal some sides and Bananas. We stay in Home2 Suites often and are disappointed in the choice of fresh fruit. The attendant was working hard to keep everything clean and filled. I used their free shuttle van twice, arriving and going back to the airport to get a rental car the next day. I cannot say enough how friendly, helpful and prompt the drivers were.
