Wir waren schon in zahlreichen Premier Inns und waren stets sehr zufrieden. Dieses recht neue Premier Inn war jedoch das schlechteste Hotel in dem wir je übernachtet haben. Einzig allein die idyllische Lage war überzeugend aber die nicht ausreichenden Parkplätze (Ausweichmöglichkeit ist der Supermarkt im Dorf), der sehr schlechte Service (Zimmerreinigungswunsch ignoriert, Toilettenpapier und Seife sollten wir mit zur Verfügung gestellten Material selber wechseln?!?) und das mangelhafte hauseigene Restaurant (Service weiß nicht was zur Zeit die Küche anbieten kann, Koch musste später selber Essen servieren) war absolut inakzeptabel und hat das Urlaubsfeeling sehr gedämpft!

Upon arrival was met by manager Chris. He was pleasant and professional. He changed my room to one more suited.. I went into my room and noted how fresh and clean. A big thank you to the cleaning staff. Both my meals were fine, evening and breakfast. I stay at PI 4 or 5 nights a week all over the country and this was No 1 in my view.

First time staying in a Premier Inn and we were impressed. Staff were great nothing was too much for them all was very helpful. Had a warm welcome at check in and our room was spacious and nice and clean and had spare pillows too. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay at Premier Inn! Probably the best Premier Inn we’ve stayed at to be honest. We were greeted by Ryan on reception who was incredibly welcoming and helpful, he really did go out of his way to make sure our stay was top notch. Served by Elin & Eron in the evening, both very pleasant. We had a chat with Chris the manager in the evening and he was very helpful and we were able to have a good laugh with him. The breakfast was great and were server by Ryan and a blonde lady ( sorry didn’t get her name ) and service was once again, top notch. The impeccable service really did make our stay. Will definitely be returning.

While a lovely location and view, the hotel was let down by the cleaning standards for the shower. We paid for the premier plus room. The decoration was very nice and the views were very good. Lovely to look over and see the difference between the high tides and low tides.

We have a family gathering for my wife's 60th birthday and everything was just perfect. Rooms nice and clean with great views. All the staff were fantastic with nothing too much trouble for them, they are a credit to the hotel and should be commended. Without doubt would stay here again.

We booked a two night stay Friday and Saturday before the clocks went back. We arrived just before check in at 3pm having read comments about the small car park. We had a premier plus room and had great views across the steam railway and towards the harbour. Nice to have a fridge as we like to take fresh milk. There wasn't any bottles of water in the fridge, I suppose we should have asked at reception. We booked the breakfast and dinner package, breakfast was good and nice and hot and dinner was what we expected really, but perfectly edible. The hotel was a lot busier than we thought it would be, there seemed to be a lot of people who were going to walk up Snowdon. We had a comfortable stay and will definitely return.

Lovely big room with an extremely comfy large bed.Excellent amenities and amazing view of the Ffestiniog railway. So handy having a fridge. Nice thick curtains so get a good nights sleep. Only slight complaint I would've preferred coffee in sachets rather than an Expresso machine.

A very nice hotel in a great area for local activities. Room was very nice and spacious but had one or two areas that required improvement for the price imo. The staff let us down when we reserved a table and then when we returned they claimed nothing had been booked under our name or room. They offered a later table but we decided to go somewhere else. Otherwise a good holiday let down by one or two small issues.
