Barbara, who setup and cooked breakfast did a wonderful job! She made us feel so special and was so friendly and sweet. We can't wait to go back again so we can see Barbara! She made our day! The hotel was very clean and we loved the bed linens. We had a great night's sleep!

Comfort Inn and suites Punta Gorda As we walked to our room along the hallway carpet, it was dirty and stained, as was the tile in front of the elevators. We opened the door to our room and got attacked by the bathroom door, which was left open. How odd the way they arranged those doors so you can’t walk through, you had to reach in and close the bathroom door in order to open the room door. The beds were comfortable and the polyester sheets looked clean, though I would prefer cotton sheets. The shower was hot and looked clean as well. The bathroom was big enough.

Stayed here for just one night on our way home from Florida. The facility and the room were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Even the pillows were nice. Typical breakfast for this type of motel. View of small, pretty lake from the breakfast room. We saw a great blue heron visiting the lake. I would reccomend for a short stay.

The Breakfast and was appreciated and good. At least they offered more than just carbohydrates and even night owls and American breakfast lovers like me are able to get an extended breakfast. The staff was friendly but did not understand me. I have a cognitive disability which makes it hard for me to navigate through things. The room assigned was upper floor and had an old dirty carpet and the AC unit was full of pet hair and old dust. The room smelled very bad and I had to sleep with the AC off. The hallway also had an old dirty carpet. I asked if I can have 1st floor room without carpet and they said no. There was no real seating area outside for smokers - just an unsecured area where coyotes howled nearby. This hotel needs updating and areas for people with disabilities and/or who are allergic I guess.

This was a great hotel in a good location…walking distance to a lot of restaurants, very clean, pool was great, breakfast available every morning, friendly staff especially Barbara! She made you feel welcome and took care if we needed anything. We so enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

I booked the suite with a king bed to only show up to be given the key to a small room with 2 queen beds. We are staying for 5 nights & didn’t want to be in a smaller room since we would possibly have friends meeting here to visit. When I went back to the desk I was told I should have been notified at 10 am this morning of the change. Well I wasn’t & what is the point of reserving a room with a credit card if it’s not the one I’m given when I arrive. I bet I would have been charged for this room had I been a no show at check in. Thanks for ruining a trip Florida. I should also add there was no type of discount for being downgraded to a smaller room either.

I checked in at 1:30am needing rest after long road trip. No hot water for a shower at that hour…seriously. dirty sheets on both beds, alarm clclock not set by me alarming at 6 am….. so they provided a roof over my head and nothing else for 200$. Stay ANYWHERE else.

We had an extended stay at this property with our 2 yellow labs. Starting with Dariana and Mary at the front desk, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the warm chocolate chip cookies every afternoon. Barbara, the breakfast attendant greeted us each morning with a warm smile and asked what we would like or need. The food was excellent! The property is extremely clean and well kept up. We met Henry the maintenance guy and he gave us great tips on the area and told us how much he loved working there. That was NICE to hear! The rooms are spacious and well stocked. We had Nancy and Edith taking care of us. Wow, they are fantastic. We never went without anything. The entire trip would not have been possible without the help and coordination from Casey. We had booked this trip back when Covid first started, We had to postpone and make changes to our reservation several times and Casey was able to make everything work out perfectly! We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

You have to enter in the back off of Veterans. Fast check in. Pleasant employees. We were on the 4th floor away from the highway. Quiet. New carpet in hallway. I had to ask for help with the TV. The furniture was old but the beds were comfy. The pillows were too soft for me. I rolled a hand towel for under my neck. We skipped breakfast. Checked out and left. For the price and location, good deal.
