We had a fantastic stay! The owners were so accommodating! They made our stay perfect! They went out of their way for us. Nice restaurant on the street where the parking garage faces out on. Great location! Definitely recommend and will stay there again if we go back!

We have now stayed at Casa da Galaria 4 times and every time it feels that we are welcomed back not as guests but as friends. The front desk staff always has a smile, always willing to provide suggestions on where to eat, or help with making appointments for various services. They also provide transfers to various sites. We used them to take as to Furnas last year and also the airport. The interior accommodations are wonderful. Very clean, quiet and well designed. We recently stay at another hotel downtown out of necessity as we arrived earlier than anticipated and even though the other hotel was nearly 50% higher per night than Casa da Galeria the accommodations and services were well below the expectations set by Casa da Galeria

Truly a wonderful place to stay while visiting the Azores. Rooms were large, service was exceptional and breakfast served every morning to your room. Full kitchen facilities staff were truly amazing it certainly made our stay memorable. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

This is a delightful "Art Hotel" in Ponte Delgado on the island of Sao Miguel in the Azores. The room was spacious and very well equipped with full cooking facilities, lovely bathroom and distinctive decor. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. They provided excellent tips for dining and the in room breakfast was good.

The whole team at this hotel went above and beyond expectations during our stay. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great recommendations of places to see and eat. The hotel is clean, well-appointed, lovely and central. The breakfast was fresh and flavourful. And, their mascot, "Host" the cat was a lovely addition to the welcoming committee. We've already recommended this small but impressive hotel to others.

From start to finish, our experience at the Casa da Galeria was exceptional. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our apartment was beautiful, very contemporary, spacious and immaculately clean. Really well designed and a clever use of the space. Breakfast is ordered the day before and delivered to your room at a time of your choice. It was all delicious, especially the scrambled eggs. We didn’t have time to use the rooftop pool or gym, but it was a really good setup. The hotel itself is only a very short walk (5 mins) from the centre of Ponta Delgada and, although it is situated in the busy part of the old town, we didn’t experience any disturbance from street noise. We had a hire car and had emailed ahead to reserve a spot in the car park (only 3 spaces), but I think there was plenty of municipal parking within a relatively short walk of the hotel. Loved it here and would stay here again without doubt if we ever visit Sao Miguel again.

I stayed three nights at this amazing hotel, probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in! It looks exactly like the pictures and was in a great location. The room was extremely well-equipped, with pretty much anything and everything you could want or need. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even offering to book me an early morning taxi to the airport before I could even ask. Breakfasts were delicious and delivered to your room, and for my early departure it was delivered the night before! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We had an exceptional stay at Casa da Galeria. The staff were a real delight and very welcoming, the service of a palace, no less! We read that the breakfast was excellent and had high expectations that were not only met but exceded. Now let's talk about the architecture and the art, everything in every nook and corners were of such good taste, everything was pleasing to look at. If you hesitate, don't! Treat yourself and stay at Casa da Galeria, you won't be disappointed! Muito obrigado!

Loved this place! Welcoming, helpful staff; large, comfortable, and spotless rooms. Rooms include quality kitchen appliances, tableware, & cookware. The breakfast is ample, with many local products. The bed is excellent too. Plus, the hotel has a small pool, sauna, stem room, and cardio-equipment. In fact, this place is so perfect I hesitate to recommend it, on the chance it becomes perpetually booked. … Only one thing some people may find off putting is nearby traffic noise (despite the hotels double (triple?) glazed windows. It isn’t constant & and is the norm in Ponta Delgada’s center.
