Very convenient location for white town and promenade beach. Good restaurant and ample food options outside. The rooms as well as the bathrooms feel new. Good water pressure in shower. Room service works well but do keep a tab on your items as we lost some after housekeeping thought the sandals in green-bags was garbage.

Location is around 600-700metres from the beach but the hospitality is quite average. The options in the breakfast were also very less. Called so many times to just order the dinner and it took around 30-40 mins to bring the food.

Hotel located at prime location in evening dinner and dj was awesome, one can hire bike or activa just 20 meters from hotel. Overall it was nice place to stay.

I would like to rate it overall as good based on following factors:
1) location: very good
2) staff: courteous, very helpful and quick response. 3) rooms: decent rooms but problem is of sound, this causes issues related to privacy, the voice from adjacent room can very easily be heard. Management need to pay very special care in cleaning of linens, we could easily find out stains in the bedsheets. 4) cafe/lounge on the 5th floor: so here the problem is for the rooms of 4th floor which is just underneath the 5th floor with cafe which plays loud music on weekends upto 12, so this is the problem for those looking for peaceful sleep.

2/5 * Skip this hotel if you want a happy peaceful vacation . Its overrated and not value for money . My experience at La Grrande Malar was notably affected by the behavior of the front desk staff. Upon requesting a change of bedsheets and napkins due to cleanliness concerns, I was met with an attitude as if we were staying there at the staff member's mercy. This dismissive and unhelpful demeanor, particularly from the bald *** with spectacles, was frustrating and made our stay uncomfortable. Despite the hotel’s decent amenities, the poor service significantly detracted from the overall experience.

I recently stayed at la grannde molar and my experience was significantly impacted by the behavior of the front desk staff. Upon check-in, i requested a change of bedsheets and napkins, as the initial ones did not meet acceptable cleanliness standards. The bald *** with spectacles at the front desk responded with an arrogant and dismissive attitude, which only added to my discomfort. His unhelpful demeanor overshadowed the otherwise decent amenities of the hotel. Teach him basic etiquettes and how to deal with customers.

The guy at hotel reception is very rude. He doesn't understand that people come to have a good time. He talks very badly, very arrogant. Maybe we are north indians that's why he was furious but that guy alone ruined our visit. There is nothing very special about the hotel either. Won't ever recommend to anyone.

The main reason for booking the hotel was that they had mentioned car parking but when i reached there i had no option but to park the car on the street. Bathrooms were okayish.
