The best hotel I have stayed in in whole India.
The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada.
The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable.
Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard.
Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect.
It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle.
Truly, all hospitality sector in India shall learn at De Fleur hotel.

Worst kitchen staff. The restaurant manager was very ill behaved and rude. The food is below sub standard. There is no professionalism in the kitchen. The orders were wrongly delivered. Plus he starts arguing with customers without admitting his fault. The rooms are good but very ill managed. Bathroom towels and pillow covers are dirty. Bad experience. Not at all recommended, if you want to come for a relaxing vacation.

Small hotel situated just outside white town. It’s pretty, well kept and clean. The room we stayed in ( platinum) was nicely decorated. You could see the effort put in to make it feel European. It was a comfortable room with good A/C and balcony albeit without any view from our room! The only great disappointment was the breakfast. ‘Complimentary’ breakfast which we paid extra was a real let down as we didn’t know what was included in it! It was in the restaurant next door - hunger bay. Staff was not very forthcoming with what was included. First day it took us about an hour for breakfast with such reluctance slow service. After complaining the service improved but the problem of what is included and what’s not, still remained unfortunately. Otherwise room and service in the hotel was 5/5

De Fleur is a small, compact, cosy hotel located in the heart of White Town. It’s well maintained, with an advantageous location. The Promenade beach is just a walking distance away as are most of the popular cafés of White Town. The in house restaurant is also very good. The rooms are compact with all basic amenities. Overall a very good hotel to stay if you are planning to stay in White Town.

Great hotel in a good location. Easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and the prominade. Quiet so we got a good sleep. Nice rooftop bar good for cocktails and beer. Lovely breakast. Very clean. Room had everything we needed. Best of all were the extremely friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again.

Had a good stay. Its on the white town side of Puduchery with most of the city attractions like Shri Aurobindo samadhi , Vinayaka temple, rock beach and walkway etc. ot walk able distances. The hotels tries to maintain an europian standard and ambience overall which was good, but things like not having door mats from the dusty balcony etc. backfires. Would say the facility and restaurant etc. are more for couples and not targeted for family with kids. Pure veg restaurants like Sirguru etc. are nearby. Parking is outside on the roadside. Overall had a good, no complaint stay. But nothing extra ordinary other than the hotel location. Cost was on the higher side for the facility.

Best place to stay at Pondicherry. Food , accommodation, service, and atmosphere have made this place perfect up to international standards. I was truly delighted to be at this hotel, and I was very fortunate to meet so many great people. The Chairman, Mr Murugan, ensures that he spends some time for meeting his hotel guest to make it best in Pondicherry with his honesty and passion and simplicity. General Manager, Mr Mark and he has fantastic team to deliver the quality and luxury experience to his guests. Looking forward to coming back again. A Big thanks to team De Fleur hotel.

Wonderful 2 night stay. Staff was polite and helpful, rooms were clean. They have their own cafe and bar with good food. Cold coffee is too good. Also, my wife and I had to leave early for our train, we requested for our breakfast to be packed, they made sure everything was ready before time and nicely packed. Even though we had a early morning check out, we made sure to have the cold coffee on the way out 😃
