Check-in friendly, we had booked a twin bedded room, however when we got to the room it was a double bed. Went back to reception to be told the hotel is full so can't change room. I'd only booked the room on the Accor app whilst sitting in the car park, therefore the twin room had to be available. Also we were given what has to be the worst room in the hotel, first floor right next to the hotel door where guests went outside to smoke, therefore unable to have the window open due to not only the smell of tobacco but also noise of people coming and going. As Accor platinum members we are meant to be allocated the best available room, unfortunately this doesn't apply here. On check out, I mentioned all of this, to be met with "oh" and that was that. Sorry but extremely disappointed with this hotel
