The worst experience I have ever had in a resort. It shows a different picture on review sites and is worse than you would ever expect. The room as well as pool is full of insects and are not maintained regularly. The staff is unprofessional and the service is poor. Sometimes the ACs won't work sometimes there will be a cockroache in the toilet, sometimes the flush won't work. Conclusion It is worse than expected, much worse to say the least.

I have booked 2 deluxe room with family, it was a nightmare. The toiletries they provided after numerous reminder where not good. Many of is experienced itching after using it, the towels where smelling like hell. The swimming pool was a soup of chemical and dirt. In night around 3am the light was gone and no one was available to complain,, using mobile light we searched the office area and got hold of the room where the staff was asleep after 40 minutes of search, than they started the genset.. the breakfast was below avg. actually this resort is only for party where group of friends come and have booze.. not for family.. the entire staff is not trained the handle the customer.. from my side family should refrain to book this resort.
