I don’t even know where to start with this! I didn’t even stay here and I never would! I will never ever stay at a Comfort Inn in my life after my experience with their customer service! It is HORRIFIC! I accidentally made a very HUMAN mistake as I tried to book a room in Plymouth MN! When I checked the reservation, it was made in Plymouth MICHIGAN! Which I didn’t know existed! And is FOURTEEN HOURS FROM WHERE I LIVE! And of course it was for a wedding so I prepaid as we weren’t going to have to cancel! So lo and behold, I call! The girl says I can’t do anything about it, can I have your number and a manager will call you back! Never did that manager call me! So 2 hours and 3 numbers later I talk to someone who says your room is canceled your card will be refunded! Fast forward! A week later, nothing has been done! Another hour plus later, they say they can’t refund my room as Plymouth MI needs to do so! The manager will call me! I laughed! They offered points! I didn’t want points, how would I know they would be enough to cover a different room and I won’t stay with them anyhow! So! The only other option is ZELLE! Which will take 4-7 to get to me, and another 4-7 days for the bank to process! As I was on the line, the manager didn’t call back, but had one of his employees do their job and leave me a message! I couldn’t answer as I was on hold with someone else as he couldn’t do his job! This whole company is an unforgiving, unorganized mess! They WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU! They will just TAKE YOUR MONEY! Praying I get my Zelle payment!
