Ramada by Wyndham Plymouth Hotel & Conference Center

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! I will definitely here again.

Not great condition Kids pool area items were NOT functionable Our poolside hotel room was VERY noisy beyond 1Am, and the door didnt lock or require a key. Pool hours were not convienvt. Didn't open till 10AM, but checkout was 11. Beds were not comfortable, room was very outdated and not clean

Even though the hotel is older, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was limited but better than some other locations. Overall, it was a good value for the price.

Room was a dump, lights falling from ceiling, gap under the door, hallways we gross, air conditioner leaked and saturated the floor

This place needs a complete overhaul. Too Many issues to list them all. Baseboards falling off the hallway walls, exterior doors not fitting properly, shower surround separating from wall just to name a few. Employees were helpful so that was nice. And bed was clean and comfortable.

This was quite possibly the worst value for a hotel I've ever experienced in my entire life. The entire city was sold out. The airline mess had stranded tens of thousands of people and the people running this hotel knew it. They charged $500 for one night for a room that typically goes for $100. The room we got had a sharp odor that was making us both sick, had torn carpet, what looked to be mold on the curtains and.. get this... bedbugs. It was the middle of the night and there was nothing we could do about it other than to post reviews urging people to stay far away from this disaster of a hotel. $500 for torn carpet, moldy curtains and bedbugs and management apparently OK at gouging unsuspecting guests who literally had no other choice,. If you have a choice, stay away.

Staff was rude, hot tub, ice machine and elevators not working. Couldn’t even buy water anywhere on the property. Key card stopped working twice and I was locked out of my room with my seven-year-old for over 20 minutes with no phone as we could not find any staff (at 9AM!). It would be better to spend $250 at a decent hotel than waste any money at this less than subpar hotel.

It definitely had his ups and it definitely had its downs. You are getting what you paid for if you want to a five star hotel then you better keep on driving. The pool was suffice for my kiddos. I would definitely say it could use some upgrades. Definitely the pool smelled clean. It could definitely use some upgrades as well outside look a little bit better but it is what you pay for..
