Hampton Inn & Suites Plymouth

the pool and pool and jacuzzi was closed ,i was offered to use another but didn't feel like gong across town to use.would have liked money taken off my room. Then my tv barely worked and hardly any channels. sorry i wasn't happy. Laura Haughton

I did not find out until I was at the hotel that the pool was not opened. The pillows are terrible, super terrible.

we were kicked out of the hot tub upon arrival- despite the sign saying it was approved for kids as long as an adult was there ( their toes were in ) when i voiced my opinion and read the sign to the manager she closed the hot tub for the rest of the stay

The check in was almost an hour late and the woman at the desk was very cold about the whole situation

Breakfast wasn't as good as we were expecting as there was limited options. The room was still dirty from a previous visitor (items in the fridge, what looked like spit on the bathroom door and handle). Staff was courteous.

I took my wife for Valentines Day and picked this place because they have a hot tub (her favorite) unfortunately when we arrived there were lots of young children in there. We went back a little later and went in and were disgusted with all of the nasty brown stuff floating on top of the bubbles. A few other people were also waiting to get in and told the front desk about how dirty it was only to be told it was cleaned two weeks ago and there is no maintenance working today to clean it. Absolutely gross and unexceptable!!

The amenities was not quite clean. Hot tub was very duty the foam that was creating had some dirty particle on top of the foam. Front desk came in to put a sign to not use it and another staff came and took it off. There was a lack of communication between staff there were people there that went into the hot tub without knowing the hot tub was very duty. It definitely made me feel unsafe being in the pool or around the hot tub.

Spotless room, comfortable bed and pillows, hot shower with a spacious bathroom. Perfect.

Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms. Super friendly staff. Jacuzzi is great as is the indoor heated pool. Highly recommend.
