We arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently. Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch. Definitely recommend

Dieses Mal bestellte ich zwei fünf Sternen auf der Insel unter Riu, die alle 1000 Sternen besitzen. Diese Wüste ist nahe dem Sonnenuntergang besonders schön und das Hotel-Servicepersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch. Der Pool ist ein Wasserbad, das im Meer schwimmt, und das Zimmer ist auch gut. Ich bin zwei Einzelbetten, die miteinander verbunden sind, können auch ein Einzelbett beachten. Die Art der Ernährung ist komplett, wirklich einen Preis pro Stück. Das Hotel ist nicht groß, aber auch wenn die Anästhesie klein ist, ist der einzige Punkt, dass in der Nähe des Wüstenblütes ein großer Wind ist, es wird viele Sande schütteln, aber es ist nicht wichtig, ein Bad zurück zu nehmen. Außerhalb des Hotels ist der Bus und Taxi bequem, es gibt überall einen Hotelbar-Shop, sehr reife Urlaubsplätze.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y con todos los servicios. El trato del personal es de 10, me atendió Kevin a la entrada y me solucionó sin problemas un incidente que tuve. La piscina está genial, y el ambiente que se forma en ella también.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den beheizten Swimmingpool, sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Ich empfehle Sehr hohes Durchschnittsalter.

The staff are very friendly but unfortunately the hotel is definitely not the 4 stars it claims to be. The bed/matresses are not 4 star quality, no amenities in the bathroom and very poor sound proofing (could hear conversations in room next door even with all doors/windows closed). We stayed on an all inclusive basis and found the food selection to be very similar for the entire duration of our stay lacking variation. Lastly, the evening entertainment will need to be improved. While this is not of great importance to us, I know that this is an important factor for many people seeking these types of accomodation/vacation.

Very helpful and welcoming staff at the reception. Nice facilities inside and outside of the hotel. Superb breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food, fruit and bakery. Very friendly staff in general.

Ich habe nur einen kleinen Kritikpunkt: Die Akustik und Atmosphäre im großen Speisesaal ist nicht angenehm, da alle Wände kahl sind. Mit wenig Aufwand kann man hier nachbessern. Es wird einfach dem restlichen Hotel nicht gerecht. Ansonsten kann ich nur sagen, dieses Hotel setzt in Maspalomas neue Maßstäbe in Qualität und Service! Es wurde nicht nur renoviert wie viele andere Hotels sondern komplett grundsaniert und auf Neubau-Standard gebracht! Und ich weiß wovon ich rede - ich fahre seit 20 Jahren jedes Jahr nach Maspalomas und kenne viele Hotels! Hier ist richtig viel Geld reingeflossen. Ich möchte nur ein paar Highlights nennen: - das schnellste Wlan, das ich bis jetzt in Maspalomas hatte (Speedtest hat bis zum Anschlag angezeigt); perfekt um flüssig remote arbeiten zu können und Videocalls zu machen - das Fitnessstudio ist der Wahnsinn und für Hotelgäste kostenfrei (siehe ”Stark Fitness Club”) - am Pool gibt es ausschließlich bequeme Balibetten - Frühstück und Abendessen super abwechslungsreich und von sehr hoher Qualität (Brotauswahl wie in Deutschland mit Vollkornbrot usw). Das Abendbuffet kann man ggf. auch vor Ort noch für 25€ dazu buchen. - Badezimmer riesig und mit Doppelwaschbecken - am Nachttisch kann man zwischen mehreren Lichtstimmungen wählen und es gibt sehr gute Leseleuchten - Zimmer überdurchschnittlich groß - hinten raus zur Straße laut aber die Fenster sind komplett schallisoliert. Man hört gar nichts und die Klimaanlage ist sehr gut steuerbar - kostenloser Zimmersafe mit Innenbeleuchtung und groß genug für Notebooks - Wasserkocher, kostenloser Kaffee - sämtliches Personal macht einen glücklichen Eindruck und ist extrem freundlich usw. usw. usw.

Gebucht war ein Standard-Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf die Berge mit 4 Übernachtungen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Ausstattung im Schlafbereich renovierungsbedürftig, das Badezimmer sauber und zweckdienlich. Auf dem Balkon (5 Etage) herrschte aufgrund der Nähe zur Straße ein gewisser Geräuschpegel welcher sich nach dem verschließen der Balkontür aber im Zimmer nicht wiederspiegelt. Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) war warm und lecker. Die Auswahl an Speisen mehr als ausreichend. Den Poolbereich habe ich nicht benutzt war aber vom optischen Eindruck sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut da man in nur wenige Minuten fußläufig den Strand erreichen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle Richtungen schnell und einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Weitere Ausstattung (Fitness, Friseur, Fahrradverleih ect.) waren wie beschrieben vorhanden wurden aber von mir nicht genutzt. Ein Transfer vom bzw zum Flughafen sollte vorher rechtzeitig seperat über die Webseite des Hotels gebucht werden. Eine Buchung an der Rezeption ist nicht möglich.
