Gute Lage, etwa 5min Taxi zum Hauptbereich oder 12min Fuß Reine Zimmer, guter Balkon, großes Schwimmbad Supermarkt gegenüber dem Hotel sowie ein kleiner Laden im Inneren Anständige Unterhaltung Wert für Geld, würde wieder bleiben.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der besten Lage der Stadt: an den besten Stränden und gleichzeitig im Herzen der Stadt. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Es gibt auch einen Gemüsegeschäft im Gebäude. Die meisten Wohnungen übersehen den Innenpool. Sie müssen vorsichtig mit denen, die draußen schauen, weil einige von ihnen eine lautere Hauptstraße zu sehen. Unter diesen sind jedoch auch die besten Wohnungen, die über das Meer übersehen. Obwohl unter ihnen Restaurants sind, sind sie nicht zu laut. Das Gebäude hat zwei Etagen. Der Nachteil des ersten Etages ist, dass die Gäste vor den Terrassen verlassen. Die Apartments sind gut eingerichtet und gut isoliert von den Nachbarn. Sie können sogar in einem Bad zum Strand gehen. Im Inneren Garten sind die Betten ein wenig eng, so gibt es keine echte Privatsphäre. 12 EU für zwei Betten und eine Sonnenschirme am Strand.

The good: 👍 Die Lage ist hervorragend, nahe den Geschäften, dem Strand und alles, was Sie brauchen. Das Essen ist gut, obwohl manchmal ist das Genaue wiederholt gibt es große Auswahl und ist schmecklich. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Getränken, auch wenn die größten Marken noch nicht sehr angenehm und die Bar und Restaurant Mitarbeiter waren immer angenehm zu sprechen. Die Animationsbesatzung und die Shows waren ausgezeichnet und machten den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, auch wenn die Dekoration ein bisschen überholt ist, unser Zimmer hatte erstaunliche Aussichten. Der Hauptpool und die Umgebung sind schön und gut gepflegt. Ich wünschte nur, dass auch der Strandpool Laguna erhitzt wurde. Das Böse: 👎 Zimmerreinigung war grundlegende(Spider-Webs in den Bettlampen) aber Betten wurden gemacht und frisch täglich, die meisten Tage würden sie nicht aus den Tassen. (wir bringen immer Wasser zurück ins Schlafzimmer) Alle Rezeptionen waren großartig und angenehm, mit Ausnahme von Anna, die trocken und unhöflich war, als ich um Shampoo/Soap-Reflektion gefragt hatte. Schampo und Dusche Gel sind nur verfügbar, wenn Sie Ihren Aufenthalt beginnen(eine Beutel pro Person) diese nicht täglich ausgefüllt, nie erlebt dies in einem Hotel, das ich jemals verblieben. Sie werden gezwungen, einige in einem Geschäft zu kaufen.

Das Hotel ist beliebt, groß, laut und günstig gelegen. Unsere Bekanntschaft mit dem Hotel begann mit einer negativen Note. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht. Wir kamen um 2 Uhr morgens im Hotel an, glücklicherweise ist die Rezeption 24 Stunden am Tag besetzt. Das ausgegebene Zimmer begrüßte uns mit Kakerlaken! An der Rezeption zeigten sie sich nicht sehr bereit, sich umzuziehen und sagten, dass es nicht viele Plätze gäbe, aber sie gaben uns ein Zimmer im 3. Stock mit einer guten Aussicht, von der aus man das Meer vom Rand aus sehen konnte. Aber es gab nur genug Bettwäsche für 2 Personen im Zimmer. Da wir müde waren, teilten wir zwei Sätze in drei auf und kehrten am Morgen zur Rezeption zurück und fragten nach einem dritten Satz. An der Rezeption wurde jedoch beschlossen, uns ein weiteres geräumiges Zimmer in den benachbarten zweistöckigen Gebäuden mit Dachterrasse zu geben. Was uns im Prinzip gepasst hat. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es nicht so schlimm war, obwohl das Hotel nicht neu ist und ziemlich laut ist. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, es gibt eine ausgestattete Küche, der Straßenlärm war nicht sehr störend. Reinigung mehrmals pro Woche. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, es gibt einen Parkplatz für den Mietwagen (nach etwas freier Suche), große Geschäfte sind um die Ecke, eine Bushaltestelle, zum Strand sind es 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben uns gut erholt! Der Preis entspricht grundsätzlich dem Niveau. Zum Essen werde ich nichts sagen, denn... ohne Nahrung eingenommen.

Had a wonderful holiday! I've stayed before at Whala!Tenerife previously (last year when it was Marola Portosin) and it didn't disappoint when I returned this year. The studio room is a big space, clean and fresh, with everything you need in terms of kitchen facilities for self catering, and a lovely big balcony. The pool area is pretty and well kept, and the pool itself has lovely warm water and is nice and quiet at the times I was going down for a swim (5:30-6pm each night). The bar and pool closed at 7, but that means that if you want to relax on your balcony on an evening it's very peaceful. The hotel is in an ideal location for me, not in the middle of the nightlife/resorts but within a ten minute walk to the beach, nice restaurants, shops, and also close to a couple of big supermarkets that are useful when you're self catering. In the other direction it is a short walk to Montana Chayofita which has the best view of the area from the top. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and there is somewhere to store luggage upon arrival if the room is not ready, and after checkout. I had a late flight and there was somewhere I could shower and change after a final day on the beach before going back to the airport. Will definitely be booking again next year.
