I arrived really late at 4am and thought for sure my room would be canceled but I called the hotel and spoke with Michael, and he was great, and he assured me that I would have a room when I arrived. And usually when you show up at night there is almost never anyone to get a hold of or they are very rude, but Michael was not that at all. And the beds in this hotel are amazing best sleep I've had in a long time.

Our stay at this Fairfield was lovely, definitely one of the better ones we’ve been to. Although we didn’t use all of the amenities, it was nice knowing the indoor pool and gym was available and open. The front desk attendants were all very friendly, however Austin in particular was very kind and exceptionally friendly, which definitely made it feel like a warm welcome. I also appreciated receiving a surprise amenity, making my birthday stay especially nice!

My adult son and I enjoyed a two night stay at Fairfield during weekend of moving. Desk staff were great. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good, although the single staff member managing the breakfast operation was quite overworked. Some things could have been better during breakfast, but nothing that pulling a second person from other duties for 15 minutes or so could not solve.

Stayed for 2 nights and was upgraded to a suite on the fourth floor. Highlights: 1. The lobby/breakfast area is big. They had lemon water and cookies (complimentary) at the entrance right across from the check-in desk. 2. Courteous and friendly staff through out the property. 3. It took about 35mnts. in a car to drive from the Dallas airport to the hotel. If you are picking up a rental car from the Dallas offsite Airport location, add another 20mnts. 4. The hotel location is good. There is a shopping center right across from the hotel and many restaurants with in easy driving distance. 5. Breakfast- decent enough for a quick bite and go. They had yogurt, coffee, juice, cereal and may toppings(nut, raisins, coconut shreds etc.), fruit and some hot options(eggs etc.) 6. Bed was comfortable, clean bath room with a walk-in shower and a big working desk. 7.Car parking available and is free. Special mention: -Thank you Amanda for the room upgrade. -Johnay and Austin were very friendly and made sure the check-in process was super smooth and fast. -Oralia for taking care of the house keeping needs. Tips: -If you run outdoors in the morning, either use the side walks or the big parking lot of the shopping center across from the hotel. Also, the hotel offers a map for running (1mile and 5 mile routes).Ask the front desk. -If you like eating vegetarian food, there are 2 options A2B and Saravana Bhavan. Both these restaurants are about a mile from the hotel. Check them out! Overall recommend the hotel and will return.

At the check in Michael was great. I stay at hotels all across the country and usually at night the customer service is not very good but here it was different. Michael was very professional and polite. He even gave me a free water bottle. Definitely one of the best hotels ai stay at.

I love this bright and spacious hotel. The front desk was always friendly and breakfast was the best one I’ve had since COVID started. Love the space in public areas and sleeping rooms. Will always stay here whenever I have to come to Plano or Frisco area again.

Megan has made our (multiple stays) with Fairfield by Marriott @ 8585 Angles Plano Texas 75024, a wonderful stay. She takes care of the customer (guests) showing empathy, not showing bad attitude or dismay at the customer when the customer has complaints while at the same time showing a willingness to fix the customers issues. It is a breath of fresh air to meet someone in this day and time with such a wonderful demeanor working in this hotel industry. It is rare to find such qualities in a person, this is very notable after staying in numerous hotels over the past year since May 2021. Hopefully her boss knows her value and show appreciation for what she brings to this organization and industry.

My Wife & I took our 3 oldest Grandkids to the Dallas area for a mini vacation. While trying to locate a hotel with an indoor pool & adjoining rooms (door between rooms) so we could adequately keep an eye on the kids, we came across this hotel. Not easy finding adjoining rooms in hotels these days! The staff booked our rooms and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The rooms & bathrooms were spacious & very clean, the gym & indoor pool were great, the breakfast area was large (food selection was really good!), and geographically, we were close to the Perot Museum, the Dallas Aquarium, Medieval Times, and other places to enjoy with the Grandkids! The indoor pool was nice (especially with this summer heat!) and the shallow end is 3', deep end is 4'; great for small kids. The gym is top-of-the-line with plenty of room. To make it even better, the staff could not have been nicer! Amyah and Rianna were extremely helpful and always smiling! We travel all over the world and we were extremely pleased with this hotel, the accommodations, and the staff. It will definitely be our destination hotel any time we stay in the DFW area.
