Customer Service was BEYOND amazing!! We had an issue with a severely delayed flight at IND. We had already checked out of the hotel and returned our rental car only to find out several hours later that we were going to need a place to stay. The team at the SpringHill Suites was SO KIND!!! They sent their shuttle driver over to pick us up and got us back into our (by now, clean) room. When we were ready to go back to the airport, the shuttle driver took us back. We had run into several dead-ends with the airline and customer service at the airport, and were badly in need of a little kindness. The Springhill team created a silver lining for our otherwise quite cloudy day! I've bookmarked them in my Marriott account and will be back again! Good people who take charge and make things happen are hard to find--kudos to the team and to the management for empowering them! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!! (of course, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-designed!)
