真的是個古堡，漂亮神祕，贊。衞生設施算不上好，但還可以，也是衞生的。衹是定的是三樓的房間，電梯衹到2樓。到酒店的時候，酒店的小夥子幫忙搬上了3樓，但是退房的時候，小夥子下班了，衹看到上了年紀的服務員，不好意思，衹能自己搬下樓，出了好大力氣，不容易😅

Lovely and imposing mansion. Large and comfortable rooms. Super comfy king bed with nice pillows (pillows are very important for me since I suffer from neck pain!). The bathroom is big, with separate toilet and shower areas, upscale fixtures, fluffy robes. My one complaint is that the AC cannot be changed to a higher setting, and I found the room to be on the cool side. I wish’s the settings could have a range in which the temperature could be changed to suit guests preferences. We enjoyed the scale and elegance of the house, the dark paneling, the paintings, the wide and imposing stair, and the glorious small chapel with beautiful painted windows and old wallpaper. The street is not noisy and the neighborhood has imposing and majestic houses. A truly great place to stay if you prefer small hotels with reduced crowds

When we booked this room we specifically requested that we be located in the back of the property not the front facing a very noisy Forbes Blvd. This was not the case and we wound up in the front. The back part of the property only room to switch was this mid shapen claustrophobic offering. If you value your sleep you have been warned. Strike one. They have you check a box if you want your room cleaned. We checked it. Yet, the first day our room was not cleaned. Strike two. We requested that the manager call us to discuss our concerns. The front desk person assured us he would. He did not. We gave a business card to hand to him. No response. Strike three. They have various events at night and the group drinking till 11:00 pm in the bar down stairs can easily irritate any sleep you may wish to begin with their voices. The property is out of an Adams Family episode-dark, gothic and musty. We were waiting for Gomez and Morticia to invite us for tea. They did not appear unfortunately to soothe a difficult stay. Nightmare at the Mansion. Run away!!

The hotel was clean and room was large, but no real amenities that you would not find in a ordinary hotel. No one was at the desk or in the lobby when we arrived so we had to wait to check in. We were given no guidance on how to find room. Other than take the elevator to 2nd floor and walk to third. We had to wander around to find stairs. Supposedly there was room service but no information was in the room about anything other than the TV and hotel "rules". This is definitely not a luxury hotel. Staff was inattentive or non existent. Overpriced for the experience.

My son and DIL held their wedding reception at Mansions and though I was skeptical how it would work with separate dining rooms and what I thought would be too small an event space, it was absolutely delightful. The size was perfect for the 100 attendees and the setting beautiful for photos. The food was wonderful as well-- great appetizers and one of the best vegetarian restaurant meals I've ever had. But even more impressive was the incredible staff. Everyone was helpful from the moment we entered the building. They went above and beyond expectations to make everyone comfortable, answer every question, quickly fix any mess we created and assist in any way they could. The next day, guests were still talking about how friendly and fantastic the bartenders were. From the housekeeping staff to the front desk to the incredible event coordinator, everyone was attentive, calm, funny and professional. Truly, what a treat it was!

Impressed to say the least by this gorgeous property. Booking was effortless, checking in, quick and easy with ample parking. Girlfriends and I stayed here for an overnight birthday night out and every single one of us will be back! Lisa made our delicious drinks at the bar and made us wish we would be back in time for a night cap with her, she was top notch and the live music was an unexpected treat . 5 days later and we are still talking about the overall experience. Everything about our classically luxurious room was perfect from the charming decor and comfort of the beds to the cleanliness of the whole property. Mansions on Fifth is a must stay when visiting Pittsburgh!

We arrived in the handicapped room, drafty and cold, wallpaper coming off the wall in the bathroom. I squished a flying bug on the wall in the bathroom this morning. Went down for breakfast that I paid for a 2 nights stay... I waitress for the whole dining room... Just about everyone was complaining about the breakfast when mine arrived in front of me, I have NEVER said " I can't eat this " You use your imagination on how my French Toast looked like. I said to the front desk we are not eating breakfast here tomorrow please take the meal off our bill... We'll see if that comes to be before we check out. The mansions exterior is absolutely beautiful the interior and woodwork is astonishing they need to put thousands of dollars into the Manion to keep it running ie. the rooms paint, plaster, heating system, the mansion needs restoration. I do hope the "cooperation" finds the monies to update the mansion. It's in dire need of it.

We had a great experience. All the people working there were very friendly and helpful! The Mansions are beautiful, and the food and drinks were outstanding. We loved the location. On our first night there, there was a private event at the bar/restaurant but the staff still got us drinks immediately since we were guests, and gave us options in the mansion were we could enjoy them away from the private party. The room was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. My only feedback is to have drinking glasses available in the rooms (I needed one for water). I had to grab a plastic cup from the bar.

My husband brought us here for our 10 year anniversary and I was pleasantly surprised! This place is absolutely fantastic! Gorgeous location with excellent service. First time visiting, but we are definitely coming back!
