Craigmhor Lodge is a beautiful and comfortable deluxe hotel situated a short walk from the main high street in Pitlochry. We love this place because it's well turned out and the team that runs it, are really good. I've stayed in both the main house and the mews next door and that's probably my favourite because it feels less like a typical hotel. The rooms are huge, as are the beds. The shower room with it's double sink and loo too (although I'm not sure if they have rooms with baths ?). The amenity tray, and coffee machine is great and the rooms have a small drinks fridge too. Robes & luxury fluffy towels finish things off nicely. The decor is a modern country feel and there are some lovely views across the hills. Breakfast is a la carte and brilliant, no wonder they've been awarded accolades. If you're looking for a hotel in Pitlochry this is a brilliant option, privately owned and delivered with panache.

The Craigmohr Lodge was first class from end to end. Comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and meticulously maintained buildings and grounds. We had planned to stay one night and were happily able to change it to three! Walking distance to town or fabulous Indian restaurant up the street. It is not easy choosing a place to book based on pictures, maps and reviews, but choosing the Craigmohr was a home run.

Lovely place to stay. Breakfast amazing and a great choice to pick from. Staff were lovely and friendly. Room decor was good and bed very comfortable. The location is brilliant as not far to walk until you are are at town high street where there is numetousous restaurants and individual shops.

Beautiful location, rooms were spacious, appreciated that they put us next to each other as well. Breakfast was delicious, the lodge is a short walk from restaurants and bars so getting to dinner was also not a problem. The only downside I can think of is lack of highchairs, and maybe a bit friendlier welcome.

Stayed for 2 nights in one of the terrace rooms in the separate building. It was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and such a lovely location with stunning views. Probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, so much food and all fresh and tasty, with wonderful coffee too! 5 minute walk down the road to the Main Street and few minutes walk to the co-op. Amazing stay, we will definitely be back 🥰 thank you!

We had the BEST stay yet again at Craigmhor lodge & Courtyard. We have been a few times before and the beautiful, setting, accommodation, welcoming staff and breakfast keeps bringing us back . At this time of year when it’s chilly ( sometimes rainy) outside whenever you enter your accommodation it’s toasty warm , it’s like giving you a big hug. The decor is beautiful, good quality bedding , comfy massive bed. I had a bath is the enormous bath tub which filled with piping hot water so quickly I was well impressed, great water pressure in shower too, lovely local produced toiletries also provided. The breakfast is over in the main house , which is AMAZING and sets you up for the day, you are no sooner sat down and coffee, toast and fruit juice arrives at your table , you are then left to peruse the extensive breakfast menu with both starters and mains , they have a wide range to choose from and all the produce is sourced in Scotland much of it very local . All in all Craigmhor is a wonderful place to stay, so convenient for exploring in all directions, would highly recommend a wee wander up the road to the Moulin Hotel & pub where we had a very tasty meal and enjoyed a drink with the locals , atmosphere and surroundings, made our night . We will definitely be back .

This is a beautiful property with perfect Scottish charm. The owners and staff were very welcoming and took great care of us. It’s a short walk down to the really cute downtown area, so close to restaurants, pubs, and a grocery. Beautiful views from the rooms and from the breakfast area where the food was amazing! I had the full Scottish breakfast and my wife had the banana pancake. Both were incredibly delicious. I wish we’d stayed two nights! The only complaint we had was that the bed, while spacious, was incredibly uncomfortable. I’m not sure if all are like this, but it would probably factor into us staying again.

I'm a hard customer to please - I found nothing that I wanted to change and this is very unusual. In summary, amazing rooms, amazing bathrooms and the best breakfast I've had in a long time. Serving me French press coffee at breakfast automatically gets you 4 stars but add quality and the fact you get a refill - this is rare and very welcome. The service at breakfast is amazing too so well done to the staff. during our visit, Jane was at the breakfast service ensuring all was ok. Although our room was a tad warm, there was a mini air-con init and we were able to get a lighter duvet from housekeeping. We'll be back!!
