Clarion Inn & Suites Near the Leconte Center Pigeon Forge

The staff were great but the place could have used a cleaning. We moved the bed and it looked like the floors under it hadn’t been cleaned in months. We thought there would be a pool based on what we booked online but this location did not have one when we arrived. We also booked a room with two Queen beds and received two full. Not a deal breaker but not what we signed up for either. Overall not bad for the price and it was close to everything we wanted to do. I wouldn’t stay there again now knowing there are a lot more options

This was one of the worst motels I hav stayed in for the amount of money I paid for. Rundown place, first room heater/air didn’t work. Had to be relocated. The room was dirty, mirrors were dirty, the shower paint was peeling. Never seen that happen before. Coffee maker didn’t work, no coffee in the breakfast area, no juices, food was really bad, no pool, one elevator on opposite side of the building we were located on third floor. If this is how Wyndham properties r handled, I won’t be stay with u.

This was the first time we have ever actually stayed in pigeon forge, we always stay in gatlinburg. Very pleasant stay and breakfast was good. Room was nice and clean, hotel staff could use improvement on attitudes but we overall had a good stay and would stay again.

Room infested with bed bugs! My friend woke up itching and had bites ALL over face, waist and hands. We pulled back the sheets and found bed bugs in both beds. She ended up with 54 total bites and is completely miserable. Also there was no mattress cover on her bed...that is not acceptable. We weren’t charged for our stay but won’t EVER stay here again!!

Days Inn by Wyndham 4010 Parkway in Pidgeon Forge T. This was the worst motel I have ever been in my life and I'm 70! My son & I took my granddaughter and asked for 3 Queen size beds. They gave us room 222 which the carpet was soaked when we walked in. I complained and got another room 121 which was as bad or worse. The locks were broken on the inside but it would lock if you closed the door. It smelled and the air was damp. The room was old and dirty and we debated on staying and decided we'd stay since we'd be gone every day. The wall safe was broken and laying on the floor. They charged me a $75 fee in case of our destruction which I told them we couldn't have destroyed it anymore than it was. The towel racks were torn off the wall and the tub was filthy. We stayed 5 days and not once did a maid clean or leave us towels that I had to go ask for. Construction at night was loud & we were by the dumpster so I heard every piece they threw in there. The hot tub was filled with gravel and the day before we left, it was filled with concrete. There was no free breakfast and the pictures online had to be taken many years ago. The room stayed damp and musky and the day we left, I was going to remove the sheets (which I'm sure had never been changed ever!) and discovered bedbugs so I left the sheets on the beds. I told the front desk I wanted my deposit back and she said it would post at 11. It was a credit card so I will have to check. I told her that I should get a discount because of all that was wrong with that room and she said sorry we are remodeling and she was going to call pest control. Why then didn't she give us a room they had already remodeled?! There are other places much better.
