Ich buchte das Hotel über Trip.com. Die Hotelbuchung wird bezahlt, aber während der Eincheckung sagte der Front Desk Manager, dass sie das Zahlungsprotokoll nicht finden konnte. Ich erreichte Trip.com sofort und ich bekam sofort Antwort und Hilfe. Die Zahlung wurde tatsächlich auf die Hotelseite übertragen, aber der Manager hält fest, dass sie das Protokoll nicht finden konnten. Nachdem wir eine halbe Stunde an der Rezeption standen, sind wir erlaubt, anzumelden. Der Manager war offenbar weder kompetent noch freundlich. Sie muss sicher lernen, wie man sich mit Dingen international umgehen kann. Sie hat sich überhaupt nicht entschuldigt.
