Coconut Bungalow

Für 2 Nächte gebucht. Die Reinigung ist widerlich, unter dem Bett liegt viel Müll. Der Bungalow muss renoviert werden. Viele Lebewesen. Beim Einchecken kam es zu einer unverständlichen Situation; wir mussten lange warten.

Our experience at this accommodation was very disappointing. We had called ahead the day before to ask if we could check in an hour early, and we were told that it would be no problem – or at the very least, we could leave our luggage there. However, when we arrived, no one was there. After calling again, they said they would send someone, but we had to wait another 15 minutes for them to arrive. When the staff finally showed up, they told us we would have to wait until 4 PM to check in – an hour later than the regular check-in time of 3 PM! We left and came back at 4 PM, only to be told the room was still not ready and that we needed to wait even longer. In the end, we were only able to check in at 4:30 PM. Once inside, we were shocked to find mold on the ceiling. When we brought this up with the staff and asked if we could get a discount due to the condition of the room, they responded in a rude and unfriendly manner and basically told us that if we didn’t like it, we could leave. Since we were only staying for one night, we decided to stay. On top of everything, the room was not clean, and the overall service was very unprofessional. Definitely not a place we would recommend.

Мы приехали на пару часов раньше заселения но на все равно заселили без проблем. Близко к аэропорту, но до пляжа далековато. Св одну ночь перед вылетом жили, нам подошло идеально. Живности не видели.

Нормальный домик за эту цену, жил 2 дня перед отлётом, боялся что будет живность и много комаров но нет, комары были но только во второй вечер, в самом номере чисто и хорошее постельное, кондиционер работает. До магазина минут 5 пешком, на пляж - 15. Рекомендовать могу 👌
