I loved it. It was beautiful, clean, private and the staff were great!

When we first got to our room there was finger prints on the mirror in the bathroom, found a spider, microwave was not heating & the remote control in the room was not working. It was a mess! We called the front desk to help us & Lisa the front desk rep on duty was not as friendly & accommodating. She was smirking when we asked to please move us to another room. I immediately let her know it’s our 1st time staying here & we would like to have a good experience so in the future we can come back & stay again. Well… Lisa really put the sour taste in my mouth. She seems like she doesn’t appreciate her job, lack of customer service, lack of empathy & understanding & assistance. She seemed so annoyed that she didn’t want to make an effort of helping our stay be more comfortable.

I should have read the reviews. This place was old, dirty, dark, and smelly. It definitely did NOT meet the Marriott expectations. The hotel manager was unaccommodating and we were forced to find another hotel in the area. I'd suggest finding an alternative.

From check in to check out every staff member was amazing and very helpful with great energy. I checked in with Ricky who changed my entire mood over driving from havasu just to have a concert cancelled. Johanna at breakfast - this lady has got a great attitude and truly cares about people and whether or not they are happy. And onto Debbie at the front. She is the sweetest woman and just has that good energy, I told her she was elite and I meant it . Overall 10/10 I will be back.

Was a little worried on staying here but the employees made me and my hubby feel better! The service is top notch for sure! We have to stay here due to our home undergoing repair due to water damage. The room itself was clean and a little smell but it wasn’t anything you cant stand. But the AGM was very quick to have that corrected! The front desk personnel were so helpful and super friendly! Damian checked us in, and the following day I had trouble with the door key (turned out the knob needed to be replaced/repaired) I was WFH so Paul (AGM) made me priority! I been to quite a few hotels and this hotel has been by far number one especially the staff and service! The area is a bit sketchy but I have no doubt the staff aren’t there to make a customers stay better. The breakfast as well is very great! Such great options! I will definitely choose this hotel again!

We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was very spacious and good layout out. However, it was extremely old & dirty. The whole hotel is NOT usual Marriott standard. Is more of Super 8/Motel 6 standard. Musty, dirty carpets, air in one room worked great, other not at all. Carpets were disgusting. Probably can’t be cleaned , need replacement. Looked like someone threw melted cheese at one of the curtains. The comforter on bed had stains, I felt itchy the whole time. TONS of obvious drug users & homeless all around the property. Loud all night. Did not feel safe. All the hotels in this area are pretty much the same quality. I suggest looking towards Scottsdale, worth the extra $$. The best things were the afternoon manager NOT the new hire who had no customer service skills, but the gentleman you could tell had been there awhile. He was great at check in. Also the older woman at check out was very friendly & helpful as well. I was ready to leave as soon as I walked in the room but unfortunately nothing was available in the area I needed to be in. Marriott should be ashamed of the quality of this hotel. Will not be returning!

I recently stayed at Towneplace Phoenix north and wasn’t sure cause the area of town and heard a few stories but they didn’t match up great hotel amazing staff didn’t have any issues there whatsoever and I would def recommend other people to stay there and I would also stay there again myself. Great people and staff couldn’t of asked for a better stay.

This is such a great place to stay the staff is great all the time the rooms are very spacious and the cleaning staff is great l will definitely be back on my next trip great place and people and management
